Worst experience I ever had. Do not book the room before you visit physically. Bty, It will be waste of time even you visit. Not the place to stay for human beings. Basically they have added some abandoned flat in oyo room. Full of dirty, waste everywhere. Dark , dirty , abandoned flats like a ghost house. Worst room quality, bad smell in bed sheet everywhere, nothing works properly. Bathroom- Zero security, open window doors, broken glass, no water, nothing works.
Budget hotel for spending night, with zero comfort, staff are helpful but the room is not clean and poor maintenance. For bachelor's I think can manage but people who are on official trip or with family not recommended, I feel it's a more like love hotel.
