OYO Perungudi - Hotel in Chennai, Thoraipakkam - Chennai, India

Dont even deserve 1 star. Extremely shady hotel. They give rooms for hourly basis. I don't recommend it to anyone. The room had white stains everywhere. Bed sheet was dirty. The bed sheet had bed bugs. Bathroom doesn't even have lights rusted bucket. Not at all for families. Stay in a railway station u will have a proper experience.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, I already paid through online during booking, while I reach, there is no hotel in that in the location, its name is hotel elite residency, it is not in good location and not in good condition, it work is under process. I told I booked through online, the receptionist, he didn't consider as person, after sometime he told that I have pay 2000rs more to get the booked room, otherwise he will put me nearby apartment with toilet. I left the place, wrote complaint to MakeMyTrip help desk, they didn't take any action and also not refunded. Both MakeMyTrip and the hotel cheated me.....Don't booked any hotel through any app, directly call hotel, check the location or better go directly and book...

Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes , the hotel staff were very rude I have shifted three rooms ,first room has no washroom flush working, second room has broken cot ,the third room has AC repair. The staff in the reception are very bad. Clean persons are good only.

Worst ever ! In OYO it shows 449 and when you check in they will ask to pay 1000rs. They are cheaters. Don't ever book. For 1000rs - No towel given, No Soap (not even 5rs Soap) given. TV was not working properly

Worst stay i ever had in my life. We booked stay for 4 days and paid 3080 through oyo.. But they asked for extra payment if 2750 once we reached there for getting facilities like ac wifi and all.. But its ok.. The service ia very worst.. We called for cleaning several times and not even one day they came for cleaning and they wont even clear off waste from rooms.. I myself kept waste out of my room... Bathroom was very very horrible.. Didnt had even a pipe in wash basin and the flush in the toilet was also not working... They kept water near the reception at ground floor and all people from 1st and 2nd floor need to come fown to take water... Not even good for 1 star.. Worst experience in my life..

Oyo price is different. At hotel the premises demand extra amount for room.. Waited for 2 hours on lobby and ended up in moving out.. Worst service

Scammers. I traveled 800 Kmz and booked 2 rooms for my family. They denied checking and asked 1500*2 extra for each room. same time a couple also facing the same problem. Receptionist was rude and called 10 to 15 local thugs and the couple called the police. When police came they lied and police caught the receptionist guy red handed and he said we have room now we need original [ID] for all 8 persons without original I won't allow. Even if the booking is confirmed they told sry overbooked talk to oyo now get out of my property. I cancelled Oyo and immediately took another 2 rooms using makemytrip. Oyo won't give you proper response in this kinda worst situation. I won't suggest this kinda Scammers since they're doing same for everyone. A big No

If you want to stay with family it is not good and if you have good amount of money irrespective of online price they will charge extra amount you can give and i stayed in 105 room very worst bed with huge cracking sound and if you have good money to spend in hospital go and sleep in that bed.
