Booked 2 rooms via Oyo customer care. Paid the amt via Gpay to Oyo directly. When reported at the the Hotel's front desk, the manager was not interested as the amt was directly paid to Oyo!. He said he doesnt have AC rooms (This is to indirectly make us refuse the booking). After 2 Hrs continuous calls to Oyo, they agreed to cancel the booking and refund the full amt. However, after a month now, the refund was not done. A Big cheating company. Never trust Oyo. Jai Hind.

I am staying here from past 2 years good service, best in budget prime location, front office is more cooperative. I personally recommend this hotel for families.

Hi, I was not satisfied with OYO and hotel management. When we discussed and finalized hotel price. But when we go to hotel take room. Always they are increased price. This is my second time experience.

The worst service they have provided. Rooms are not at all clean. Ac stopped working in mid of the night and nobody cares. The receptionist was an arrogant guy. The way he answers will literally test your patience. Just dont choose this one at all.

Denied checkin after paying online on oyo app at 10 pm, i have reported exactly at the same time to oyo customer care. My booking id T3JT7500. The oyo now denies my payment back telling that property manager is not responding such a shame on the kind of service what oyo is doing.

I booked through Oyo and they gave me the room from 6 in morning without taking any early check in charges thank you to the manager.

No Proper Maintenance. There Were Coackroaches In The Room Bathrooms Are Not So Nice Cleaniness Issues

demands extra amount when check in. one of the worst hotel i was wxperienced and staff is very rude behaviour with customers, i suggest do not go rhis hotel
