Excellent Banquet Hall for 100 to 150 guest, functions like cradel ceremony, anniversary or birthday celebrations. Top class seating arrangement, and tasty food both veg and non veg. No to reasonable hall charges, this was our second celebrations here, first was awesome so we did not look for any other place.

Room size was good, thats the only positive thing, rest all is a big disappointment..... 1. A/C is not effective even at 17deg temperature room doesn't cool, when complained the executive told he will check, walked out of the room and no response after that.. we had to call them several times to hear a sorry with no solution 2. Bedsheets were dirty, pillow covers had holes in them, towels were so rough, we used the blankets and towels we carried (thank god i packed them with me) 3. we stayed for 2 days and no one cleaned the room (no room service concept I guess) we even had to call and ask for complementary water bottle on 2nd day 4. Service is pathetic, no proper response, even after paying online there was no confirmation call from their side.... The list goes on.... Its better to close down... Go there if you want to get Disappointed

Even in the Exclusive rooms AC not work for constantly 3 days, they are only defaming the name pf Ashoka family Group

Hotel is in a good location. Rooms need better maintenance and upkeep. Room service is satisfactory. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good and tasty.

Large and spacious rooms. Nice environment. The restaurant is very good and serves food till 11. The best part was the early breakfast service provided here. As we had to check out early we thought we'd be missing breakfast but no such thing happened and we checked out according to our time. In the morning the food is provided in your rooms from 9-11. The service is good. And the rooms have nothing to complain about. The reception was also very nice. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Actually I didn't stay but our family stayed and I arranged , so based on my family feedback it was excellent. Edited: Now it's not like before, you have to go by lift else you cannot go by stairs because it's very dirty. Also they even don't know the exact prices they say they will let us know once their manager comes and i didn't get any response back from them, instead i called they said the same story that they are waiting for their manager.

The Rooms are well maintained with good staff service as well. Small improvements needed in the maintenance of the rooms. Balcony upkeep is not 100%. Washroom shower area needs remodeling. AC needs maintenance too. Most of the above observations don't matter so much. Overall, a great budget hotel within the city limits. Staff accommodated an hour more for us to be able to checkout as we were out for a while.

Good hotel but cleanliness can be improved further. I had to ask for few basic things like water bottles, toilet roles. These were given but customer shouldn't be required to do this.
