Special thanks to the staff the service of this hotel is very good and polite, they are very friendly and honest.. food is mind blowing the chef of this hotel is amazing, I would personally recommend if you are visiting Barelly could plan to stay in this hotel , Yes if you have work inside the city but still if you can manage your stay would be great as per security, food and stay Cheers to all the staff each and every one

This hotel is amazing at this price tag must buy product. It is situated at the heart of the city Bareilly. This staff behavior needs to get improved as they are not that much trained that they should. Food was good.

The hotel is very neat and believe me it was very clean as well when compared to other hotels in this location. Based on my personal stay here I found the staff very helpful. You can get everything on a phone call. The hotel is on road and very much secure and a good place for your family relatives and for office meetings. You can even prefer for get togethers for pre wedding meetings between familes. The atmosphere i found here was very much positive. You will not get any negatives vibes here. The hotel is on main road and has a good parking space. The staff was very helpful and the restaurants food was very good. Overall the management, staff and the way they treat you and your guests was very good. You can add and give instructions to make your get togethers more comfortable and pleasurable.

Location is good as it's in the outskirts of the city, rooms were quite good aesthetically but their AC and refrigerator were poor, A.C. was able to cool down only a certain portion of the room. Refrigerator also took a lot of time to cool down the drinks. Rest bed was comfortable. Service was poor maybe because there was as ongoing party there, but we were also having a gathering of 15 , their service was really slow because of very less manpower.

Have booked a birthday party in kitty hall on 16 nov, 2019. Snacks & dinner were very tasty and Manager Satish along with staff is very co-operative and management was also good. Overall It deserves 5* rating.

Hotel is good but staff is not that much polite and there are less food items that are good ,some was tasty like paneer pakoda but fried rice was worst ,I asked them for early check-in at 10am so they said that u r welcome sir room will be ready but wen I reached they didn't gave me the room even after 11am which is der checkout time I got the room at 12 15pm

Nice hotel. Location is also good. Parking place is good. Swimming pool & room are nice. Staff is little careless. Rest is o.k. I recommend to all to enjoy stay here. Yaa nice hotel. Can come & stay with family.
