It was comfortable staying. Mr.Mathur is so kind and generous guy from the staff. The ambience of the building is great. The vibe of this place is full of peace. Overall it was great experience with Panchsheel Plaza
All services are good but the restaurant service is not working in the hotel
Not recommended The rooms are small, don't bother to clean before giving to the guests. They don't provide what they write. You will not get morning tea till 0900 am..... Reason given... Restaurant open s at 0900am. No tea till then.
We stay one night all are very good
The rooms lack ventilation heavily, you might even vomit or suffocate if anyone is smoking nearby. I vomitted. The water bottles, toiletry kit, door mats are not kept before you check in, have to call reception for every little thing.
The place is worst. The owner doesn't have etiquettes to talk, he is abusive and use cussing words, even though he knows my father is hospitalized. Neither there rooms are clean nor services are upto the mark. Towels are dirty. There were no dustbins in rooms during our visit.
Rooms are clean and good behavioral staff. I have left my Gold Bracelet in hotel by mistake but they returned me when they found the same the time of cleaning next day.
The hotel staff was very careless... They turned off the lift in the night, we had to go to the third floor with all our luggage by the stairs. They didn't even turn on the lift when asked as we had senior citizens also with us. They've didn't even clean they rooms for they days, even the geyser wasn't working. To put cherry on the top, they didn't have any tea facility in the morning or any food to eat.
