Worst stay ever. We booked 3 rooms here for a night. When we reached at hotel no one at reception. We waiting for 10 mins for someone to come at reception who can complete our check-in procedure and allot the rooms. I think this hotel is minimum 30 years old that's why everything looks outdated. They give us 2 rooms keys but 3rd room have no lock. You can lock the room only from inside. Whenever we go out side every time we shift our lagguage from that room to another room. We can't believe that balcony can be too much dirty. As I shared photos of balcony where is too much garbage everywhere. Empty tins of beer & liquors are on floor. They lock the balcony door at place of clean it. There is no blanket provided. Pillows are too much stinky. We planned our last day in South Goa and by mistake we choose this room and this hotel spooled our total mood. There is no TV in rooms. No WiFi. No other facilities for entertainment. Only positive thing is Reception staff is very polite.
I had booked for my employees. However when they showed up, they were denied check in. OYO claims there was no show on my part and denying refund for the advance paid. This is ridiculous. OYO has pathetic customer service that makes you wait for long hours. This property should also be blacklisted.
Worst experience, after I booked in the app while I reached this palmgroove residency, faced issues from that reception guy. First-of-all he didn't have manners to talk, after that booking issues he's showing me. And charging me extra money, that's rediculous. So I spoke directly to Oyo customer service agent, and he said no need to pay him extra, after that lots of things hapened between that reception guy and Oyo agent. So after that its get resolved. Its an harassment after a hectic day. Don't visit this oyo guys. Thanks!
First off: the staff are helpful and do what they can to make things work. It isn't their fault. But the hotel is pretty dreadful: the booking system using OYO is a mess, so try to avoid it; the rooms are terrible, starting with the mattress, bathroom (taps not functioning, dirty, can't mix water), blood on wall, noisy). So best to stay away if you have a choice.
A great budgeted stay with a very good scenic view.. few meters away from the beach, market, church. Staff were very well behaved and friendly. Do not forget to visit their restaurant at the Ground floor. They serve delicious food and drinks.. Goan, indian and continental.
It's good place they have car parking area also nice clean beautiful room also they have you can come with your friends and family to stay here.and they provide you great food aswell with prompt service. Definitely I will recommend this place to everyone who visits in South Goa. it's must visit place.Rooms are quite reasonable price and higiene aswell....
There is no A/C rooms, they had to service with some A/C rooms, because Goa was too much high temperature in March month also
