This is real review of this place because all the other reviews are fake, specially the ones who are 5 star or one word review like good, excellent. And anybody who is visiting this place for the first time needs to know this as they will decide whether or not to stay at this place based on the reviews provided, which are completely false and misleading. And how the reviews are fake or misleading, because when you check out. They would ask you to open the oyo app after closing and when you open it again, it asks you to rate your stay and the guy would tell you to rate it 5 star or do it for you by talking your phone. And how pretty much all the good reviews are fake. First of all, this is not a hotel. This is PG turned into a oyo rooms, the ac works but does nothing at all regarding cooling the room so, it's useless. Second thing outside food is not allowed, you have to order the food that they make. I ordered the chicken which was okish. The price is fine, as around the same it would take to order from Zomato. Third thing is regardless of how much you pay on oyo app, the room charge is at least rs 800 that means if you have paid less than rs 800, they would deny the check in saying that they would not go according to oyo rates or policies. So, if you are glad that you have paid rs 500, which I did. They would just simply refuse to give you the room and then you have deal with customer care which is completely useless by the way. And probably the only solution in that situation is to give extra charge, which I did rs 300. And the regarding the room infrastructure it is not what you would expect at all. In short, it's not good.

The worst experience ever. When we arrived, we were asked to wait for 30 minutes because there was no empty room. We had a booking but they gave our room to someone else. Even after payment was already completed successfully online, they asked for additional money in addition because they claim that oyo gave us a discount. Then when we did not give into their scam, they denied us check in and we were turned away from the property and didn't even get our refund.

Hotel manager ask for extra money and the room bathroom door was broken when we complain for this they said if you want to stay then stay otherwise leave the hotel and Oyo customer service didn't support for this. If Oyo know that after booking the room at cheaper price and the hotel don't agree for the same then straight away take action against the same.

Alert : you got oye discount be ready to pay additional amount at the time of check-in. I booked my stay for 2 days in Rs 725 using oye coupon. But as soon you arrive at hotel you come to know from receptionist that there base fare is 1000 rs per day so you need to pay Rs 1200 additional else u are not allowed to check in. Where u will go in unknown City instantly to checking this is there time to take advantage so how I paid extra amount and checked in . Room do not provide you mosquitto repplent , hot jug or anything you expect in hotel other then one small soap Room is clean there is internet tv there is balcony too. The way to reach the hotel is really hard locals won't be able to help u to reach the hotel I will not recommend this hotel as they are breaching the oye hotel as well thier customer.

Pre Booked hotel on the oyo app. They charged extra money, messed up the whole day. The rooms are really so dirty, the bedsheets are not clean, the pillow had strain marks. Such a cheap hospitality service by them.

The receptionist asked for an extra 500 rupees, saying that he is not taking bookings based on OYO and this was only informed once I reached there. The location is terrible and the rooms are dirty with seepage on walls and untidy mattresses. The staff was arrogant, the environment was very unsafe and the receptionist seemed to be drunk. Decent people should avoid this place at all costs because it seemed very suspicious out there. The property is nothing like the photos.

Not a good place to stay. It took me 30 min to find the location as the GPS address was not accurate to the property located. After checking in, we were given room on the third floor. where we had to reach using stairs (no lift facility). Afterwards the room was not as per the quality shown in the pictures. The sheets had holes in it, and the most gross part there was literally a whole bunch of hair lying on the bed. Cockroaches in the room. No dustbin given. No landline facility. washroom also had wet floor. I was not feeling comfortable at all times. It felt unsafe because of the locality as well.

One big con is they overprice you on your arrival , my bill was 550 but he took a sum of 800 rs , Besides that the room was nice and spacious , it's a 1 bhk apartment , the bed is too high tho and the mattress is too springy , so keep that in mind Good stay overall .
