OYO Orchid Inn Near Rdb Cinemas - Hotel in Kolkata, New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

WORST - EVER EXPERIENCENOTHING BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE PROPERTY OWNER THAT THERE WAS NO ACCOMODATION IN SPITE OF MY ADVANCE PAYMENT TO YOU ON 16 DECEMBER'22.The denial of accommodation in the hotel to me & my family caused real trouble. The Manager, Rohit (Ph. # 7001662827) & the other staffs are very rude & hostile. They should be black-listed by you. You should get rid off such Properties immediately otherwise your business will be affected.

Room was quite spacious with Wifi, AC and Geysar. I think i got it for the best deal in OYO. Staff were polite and courteous. Location tagged is wrong in the address

The Location of the hotel is near to the bus stand and in an residential area. It got a Reliance Fresh where you can get daily requirements if required. The Hotel service staffs were very friendly and helpful. They would always serve with a smile on their face. The rooms are pretty decent and cozy. It was neat and clean as well. The food quality is just fine, it could be improved. Outside food is not allowed here. You need to go out and eat if you wish to taste anything different. In a nutshell, I am happy with their overall service.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE !Nothing because I was denied the accommodation even after paying in advance and had to face a lot of difficulties..you should blacklist such properties, otherwise your business will be at stake..The manager of the property, Rohit ( Mobile # 7001662827) literally shooed us away even after showing him my Advance payment receipt on the pretext that there is no confirmation..why should the guest suffer because of some technical glitch at your end ?

I cound not able to checking because of OYO's 3rd class customer service. The receptionist refused to accept my booking. The hotel manager did not responded. Such a pathetic service from this hotel and from this brand.

Decent place, good of you get at a cheap rate. Staff is cooperative and welcoming. Rooms are spacious with 3 beds in most of the rooms. Update after stay : The staff isn't available during the night. They close the main gate at around 11 and if you are outside, you have to keep shouting from the ground floor. They are all asleep in the 3rd floor with no one guarding at the entrance. In one case, I had to go and wake up the staff after a family was stranded outside shouting for help for about 15 mins. Also, there is a school operated at the first floor. So during daytime, they close the stairs.

This place is quite good and location is also within walking distance of 800 metres from Newtown Bus Stop. Staffs are helpful and the room are very spacious with chilling A.C. Washrooms was also clean. But be the hotel management must take care of the curtains which may fall anytime as the windows are very large and the privacy of guest may get ruined. Outside food is also allowed.

The property manager and the reception boys behavior is very bad.After reaching there he behaves like boss ,want extra money.The boy behavior literally said that get out from my place.As I was asking for a free stay.Its a very Bad hotel with bad manner hotel staff.
