OYO Opal Residency Near Birla Mandir - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

The rooms are well maintained, service is good, The owner is customer friendly and manages the hotel well, The receptionist's behavior is OKish not very polite, otherwise a good experience.

It was a very worst experiance staying here. I m a travel agent i had seem many properties arround world. But not as worst as this. Hotel had given me room 505 on 5th floor. 1)But there was no room key. When i asked about it they said that leave the door unlocked and go. There are camera installed every where nothing will happen to your belonings. As i was getting late for meeting i did not get into argument and leave the door open. 2) when i came back to hotel at night. They had closed the lift. When i asked about it they said sir lift is close u have to take stairs. I was shocked coz my room was on 5th floor. Then i asked to change my room they said hotel is full, how ever i had taken the stairs to 5th floor. 3)bathroom floor was very much slippery. I was about to fell in bathroom. 4)ac was making more noise rather then cooling, i was very disturb full night coz of ac noise. As well as water was leaking inside room from ac. 5)at night i asked for breakfast they told they will provide me in my room at 8:15 a.m. morning i waited till 9:30 but they didnt provide anything. Then i asked the receptionist about breakfast. They were asking me back that we didnt knew u want breakfast. Then they told they will provide something. Half n hour later they brought me puru bhaji in plastic bag in my room. I asked for plate they told that they dont have plates. Know how can i eat break fast without plate?? I threw that in dustbin and went out. 6) evening i asked that tv is not working. They told my be setup box recharge is not done. I said t looked about that. They did not do that also. Worst hotel. Worst service fully disappointed.

I m staying today but Stay experience is very worst service is very poor no amenities provide by hotel when I asking for towel and soap they excuse laundry not ready no tea coffee breakfast available 1water bottle available after 5 call to reception

Very very bad experience with this hotel. We checked in this hotel on 8.10.19 book through oyo, we booked four rooms, they provided us two rooms without keys as locks are not working, when we asked them to change our room, they told that " no need to worry abt this, as cctv camera are everywhere, nothing will happen, "and also told us to change our room at night on 8.10.19. But till date they didn't change our rooms, and tody after return back to our room i found that my some things are missing, i ask them abt this, they dont have reply... service is very very bad. There no mirror, no cupboard at room... service boy dont hear our voice, they are just ignoring us... very very bad hotel

Had a nice stay here. Receptionists and the helpers were cooperative. One suggestion would be to get the glass pane on the window of room number 602. It was obstructing the AC to work efficiently. Having one placed will save you on the maintenance costs and electricity.

Worst ever experience. No good service. Rooms condition was worst. Giving one star as I have no option to 0 star. The guy at reception will take your mobile while check out by telling you some reason and will give 5 on your your behalf. Pathetic. Plz Dont go by reviews or stars online. Will not say more. Photos are enough to explain rest.

I had an excellent stay at this lodge. The prices are affordable and the service is good. The staff is friendly and the locality is very peaceful.

I stayed here 2 days first day I booked through oyo. Oyo booking girl told me 10 o clock check in is possible without any extra money, but reception guy denied it and ask me to call oyo. No response from oyo the big cheaters.After I explained the situation to the reception guy he chat with owner and gave permission. Rooms are dirty no maintenance but the amount (750)we pay is really worthy .they will give one packed veg lunch on first day.But fowl smell from bedsheets will never let you sleep. I used my own blanket Don't expect much ,TV not working ,very small size geser for hot water, it is not good stay overall
