OYO Onella Rooms Near Noida Sector 51 Metro Station - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

The rooms were so dirty that it is not livable for a normal person. Even there was a rat on the bad on the first day of my stay. Bathroom was not properly clean. TV was not working for the whole duration of the stay. Even on complaining the manager there was least bothered, he just gave excuses and nothing solved. There was no cleaning done and bedding done on the next day or the third day. Upon complaining the excuse was we were so busy yesterday. And the most unethical behaviour of the manager was asking for some message from OYO only phone and he took my phone to give feedback rating from my phone. I would like to change the rating as this is against the professional ethics. OYO StayHome and Onella are having the same addresses, not sure how OYO has allowed two different IDs on single address.

Do not book this hotel! There are mosquitoes in the room. The floor and bathroom is dirty. Staff and their service is pathetic. There is no restaurant. The flush tank is broken. Bedsheet pillow cover are dirty. Staff keeps turning off the air conditioning from the main switch. Disgusting place to stay. The receptionist wanted me to pay him directly instead of booking on oyo app.

A very bad experience. Rooms had burnt plugs and were unusable, dirty sheets on bed, bathroom had no hot water, had a water heater but no water connection or electricity connection, no soap in bathroom, no towels, no tea service, it was looking like a house had been converted into Oyo rooms. Additional rooms and bathrooms added without thinking and opening into each other. Bathroom ventilation opening into another room. Rooms smelling, flush not working, no water supply from taps as they were old and jammed. The people were threatening while we were checking out and saying things like check out within 30 min. Picking up personal things and using them without permission. The room we had Booked were given to someone else and we were told that they are paying more for the room. Overall a very bad experience of this Oyo rooms. Would not recommend going here at all.

Big rooms but dirty as hell. Yellow stains everywhere. Pillow cover bedsheets and even the quilt cover had stains and everyone knows what kind of stains. Good location though you won't find market nearby so just good for staying and leaving for work. I got this room for as low as RS 500. Negative point is that the rooms are not clean. Bedsheets Pillow covers bathrooms are not what you expect. But what else do you want in 500. This hotel sees a lot of couples though. Their kitchen is just average. They do not provide mineral water. They give refilled RO water.The TV Doesn't Work in every room.

Actually the standard of room and their attitude do not deserve 1 star also. The room was extremely unhygienic. Bedsheets were worst than govt hospital. AC is not working. Bathroom condition was pathetic. That person was not reachable since 6PM to 2.30AM. You can call it an adventurous room(thanks to mosquitoes and bed bugs).. I rang the bell for more than 30 minutes. Luckily one customer opened the door.. At 3.30 AM The receptionist woke up and told me " Sir AAP humara OYO Me mat raho, Kyun ki kharap feedback doge" . They are very unprofessional and no board of OYO. They will never respond to your calls.

Rooms are good . Space is also too good . But the blanket provide them is not upto its Mark's. Stuff service is also good they provide good service . Location is also good . I wish to visit this place again and also recommend my friends to visit this guest house Thanks

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. ITS A SCAM. ROOMS ARE DIRTY STAFF IS VERY RUDE. THERE ARE MOSQUITOES IN THE ROOM. FLOOR, BATHROOM, BEDSHEETS AND EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM IS DIRTY. THEG KEEP SWITCHING OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING TO SAV ELECTRICITY. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. FLUSH TANK IA BROKEN, JET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

A bad experience. Blankets are dirty, bad odour in the room.No toiletries,Towel are provided and room is not well lighten. Will not suggest anyone.
