Big fraud oyo hotel. I booked room through oyo at lower price and paid fully by online method but they denied the booking. Contacted with oyo they refunded my online paid money and I had to pay about extra rs. 700/- to the hotel. Very small room and washroom. Don't book through oyo this hotel. Very dirty around the hotel. The have instant greaser and power swich is at reception. So you have to call them to on the greaser. Better to avoid this hotel and search for better hotel around.
It was a very bad experiance with this property. I have booked it via oyo and paid for it online via app. When we reached the hotel the reception person said they dnt accept payment online and I will have to pay the entire amount again? Since it was ridiculous. I just left the hotel and called up their customer support team but it was of no use. Please dnt go for this property if you are not familiar with Kolkata city. One of the worst receptionist have ever met.
They are a fake name under the banner of OYO rooms. They don't have any rooms available. I booked a room at this hotel via OYO rooms, when I reached the hotel, they refused to give me the room and they even went on to say that we are not under OYO rooms since 2019 and I won't give you any room, you can go and complain in OYO. Despite having the OYO logo outside the hotel, they refused the fact that they are under OYO rooms. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
Worst Experience ever.. My friend Went there by online booking, payments been done already.. This is a shady place which defames the brand name "oyo". Dont ever think of staying here.. Don't get cheated.
Booked it via oyo apps for couple stay. But one of their worst property. Please dnt go for this hotel. I will not recommend this property to any one either loval or outstation. Oyo should remove it from their list.
They declined having any tie-up with Oyo, we were asked to book room offline although Oyo booking was already there, complementary breakfast as promised by Oyo was not provided and room charge was more than what Oyo depicted.
I also have lots of complain but don't want to share with others, just my suggestions.....please don't book your room over online or via Agoda, if you do that, you will be looser....
