Worst service ever, after booking we waited at the door for half an hour honking continues our car but no one responded, they guy was awake on sofa but he was not listening to us, although we called on mobile number and instant he answered and opened the hotel door, after all this he denied our online app booking said you can't checkin now at 4AM you have to come 12PM afternoon or book directly at our counter and the price was double I was feeling very sleepy and was not in driving conditions so it accepted that all conditions but not the last one that he said was the hotel doesn't have parking area and I have to park somewhere else very rude tone and language i would suggest Google to add 0 star features so I can rate him 0.

Very worst behaviour , taking extra charge then confirm , if u forget something in hotel room, you will lost it

We have visited to stay in the hotel,but reception staff was very pathetic as they don't know how to handle with the customer, even corporate people of OYO are also no kind of use to assist their customers, as I had to waited for more then 3 hours to get the room even after the getting the room booking confirmation, will certainly advice to take the matter seriously or else you will loose your customer.

No proper water supply. room and bed is not clean very bad experience
