*Worst* *worst* *worst* Worst ever experience. Was denied check in because I paid online through MMT. Extremely rude behaviour. Was told that I will have to struggle a lot for getting back my money. But MMT provided me an upgraded hotel of higher price and I didn't had to pay a single extra penny. The behaviour of the staffs suggest that the safety of visitors is at risk. Be aware and be careful before visiting this place.

Very much bad experience. Firstly I have booked it from Oyo, and it charged 1700, then we reached there,and they gave a room with bad smell, without ventilation. So we asked to change the room, again they gave a same type another room beside that. It is just eyewash and forced review on Oyo and google. Ground floor rooms are in very bad condition. Then there is no privacy at all, always you can hear people are talking outside your room. Even they were quarrelling, while I was taking rest in my room. Hardly those rooms are for 700 to 800 of oyo. We asked for a better one, they gave a lame reason ,that their all rooms are pre occupied,so they gave us this. Walls are made of plywood and colored with wall paint and decorated. Bathroom fittings was not okay too. Foods are good, cooking was good, and homely. Then the receptionist was asking for rating infront of him!! Why should I rate in a hurry? Worst worst experience.

This is a newly-constructed hotel in Behala and started in Dec 2019. The reason I booked it is because it looked nice and the price was dirt cheap. The owner, Mr Gautam, is a thorough gentleman. The reception area is being constructed but the rooms are ready and have all basic amenities like TV, fan, AC, hot water, bed, cupboard etc. Even the best of hotels can have issues but how the management solves is what matters. In that regard, Mr Gautam gets full marks. I had trouble with hot water and he immediately came down to solve my query, even offering me tea! When he couldn't get hot water in my bathroom, he quickly opened a spare room and arranged for my bath there. I returned in my hotel at 1:30 am and he was kind enough to open. I apologized but he sweetly told me that it's alright. On the flipside, the room was not clean and they should have sweeped it before my check in. But I am sure if I had told Mr Gautam, he would have arranged for it. However, I didn't bother as I was there for just one night and came to my room just to sleep and for afternoon nap. This is a must for those travelling on a budget in Kolkata. Do give it a try. And Mr Gautam, thank you once again!

RED ALERT: THIS IS A PLACE CARRYING WITH ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. They have installed HIDDEN CAMERA inside your bedroom and bathroom. Call girls are staying there. Not recommended for any family and even bachelors need to be careful as they will record all your private moments.

The rooms are fine, but I found it irritating that they did not allow any visitors. Also, the place is hard to find. The cab driver charged me Rs50 extra when I first got there. No major places of interest nearby except a Cafe Coffee Day about 800 m away. Outside food is not allowed and the hotel food is not so great. Pretty meh overall, although the room was clean and people were friendly.

Behaviour of staffs are bad. We had to wait for half of the entire day to get us delivered 2 bottles of water that too after calling the staff again and again. Too much interference and restrictions in almost everything. You cannt play loud music inside the room,or else they will come and tell you angrily that neighbours are getting disturbed. You cannt order food from outside. And they will force you to make orders before 8 PM. And most pathetic, washroom locks are broken.

This has been the worst experience in Oyo so far. My friends and me weren't allowed to play music, no timely arrival of water and even after supplying alchohol in black there is a restriction to play music in the room. Even slightest movement on the bed feels like it's shaking and making obscene noises. Washrooms with no locks, rooms with no working tv, lamps with no bulbs. Hospitality at its worst

Very rude behavior from the staff and the manager. Manager didn't return our change and we ended up paying a lot more than the booking price. Toilet locks were broken and the place was too narrow. They didn't let us stay even a single minute after our check out time. Service was very bad. Do not stay here
