Totally Fraud, they take booking via Oyo and ask for extra money during check in with an explicitly rude behaviour. Don't ever go / book this place.
I booked rooms in this hotel via agoda. When I reached, the hotel receptionist was very rude and told me rooms were full. He kept shouting at me and asked to complain to agoda. He left me stranded on the streets at 2300 hrs at night. Such bad behaviour.
Cost is tripple than booking price Totaly doing fraud in "gayatri comforts". Don't go, and "OYO" People also Know this but still doing Business. That means both are doing Fraud.
Receptionist was very rude. I booked a room in oyo and when went to check in Receptionist told that, rooms were full. So he can't give me a room, even though I paid for the room online itself. But while I was trying to talk with him another person came for direct booking, Receptionist offered him a room. This Residency staffs were so rude and dont responding properly. Don't go to this hotel through online booking bcz these people won't entertain your booking and asks you to do direct booking with expensive price.
It goes by two names new town residency and spot on Gayathri comforts. Both are same. If there was a superlative of 'worst' I would have chosen that, yeah experience was overall very bad Rooms, bathrooms worst condition, some bathrooms had very bad flooring making it look more unclean... Check with lodge reception first about charges before booking via OYO itself otherwise you'll regret and my advice would be always keep a backup option of hotel to stay
An absolute Trash . Receptionist were Rude and lethargic. Charged More than Booking amount. Dustbin's were not cleaned on Proper time. For the amount you gonna pay for this hotel, you can opt a better hotel.
They don't accept oyo booking.. We booked a (Rs-999)room by oyo n reached there by 10 pm. Then they said there was no room available.. Even they were not at all aware of oyo bookings. After a bargaining.. The fifed at 1400Rs for a room Room was nice, ambiant.. N provide good service..
