Don't trust in online booking of this place. I booked the room through agoda app a month ago. At the time of check in, the receptionist said that there is no booking through the agoda app, even I showed online booking receipt & confirmation is not valid, they don't have any booking from Agoda. I called the customer care of agoda and told them that the receptionist told me the name of the person through whom the booking was confirmed and said that no person of that name is working here. This places online booking is fraud, they are scamming people.

Very bad hotel . Worst experience of my life. Even hotels which charge 600/night provide better facility. -Bad stained bedsheets and pillows. -No hot water for bathroom. They provide rods , even that the staff came to give it Back after 30mins to share it to other rooms with was the worst part. -All rooms are Full off cockroaches everywhere. - I changed to 3different rooms. -TV doesn't work just for show . -AC fans speed is set to fix speed. -Ac Remote doesn't work properly. -All beds are spring beds with torn sponge , got hurt with their spring. -I had booked room for 3days but had to leave this after first night experience, Wasted my money as I had to shift to another hotel near by.
Lack of service as even on advance booking on 9 th room were not available .some how arrangements made but room services clean ness hot water were lackind and delayed too much .left hotel with unsatisfied.
I was on business trip to Bhopal and searched for a business hotel for 2 days...i found that Hotel Madhuram Palace offered a gud deal @ Rs 800 per day including breakfast...but it was my lifetime pathetic and worst experience to book a room in this hotel and I stayed here for 2 days. Bed mattress is cheap and bad. They r uneven and causes back ache. Toilet is not clean and have lot of spider webs. Lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs in the room. I never got breakfast till 8.30am. When I came to room second day, room was not cleaned..guy at reception told that he forgot... HUMBLE ADVISE TO ALL.... even if u r offered a FREE room at HOTEL MADHURAM PALACE please AVOID IT... not worth... Complete waste... Very unprofessional staff. . No cleaniness.
Worst hotel..if you book from Oyo at cheaper rate and go for check in they will ask for more money or else they won't let you check in, even if u contact Oyo then also it is of no use..further their rooms are very bad and it smells nasty..staff behaviour worst..
The man at the reception demanded 400 rupees more to give the room, which was not at all satisfactory. Please to investigate this complain of mine, I was exhausted so I gave him what he demanded but I will blame Oyo for this behaviour of his.
I don't recommend anyone to go to madhuram palace .. I went there on 21th of april 2022 and rooms were so small TV wasn't working and i found a big mouse in my room and apart from this i ordered a tea at 9.00 am but they denied saying "our workers are sleeping so for now you can't get a tea , you'll get tea after 11.00 am." In the evening i decide to change the room so, after shifting my room i asked for key but they didn't have the key so i had to let it be unlocked ..
