OYO New Capital Inn Near M2k Cinemas Rohini - Hotel in Delhi - North West, India

I stayed here for 2 days along with my colleagues. It was booked directly by the company. We thought it was one amongst the best from OYO House as it has been given very good ratings but after stayed here for 2 days I can definetely say none of thevgoid ratings provided of any guest who had ever stayed here but all ratings are % fake let me tell you now the honest review of the same. It was an aweful experience ever I had with any of the hotel/guest room. Guys, Don't refer any review, suggest all of you to visit first before booking else search for a better one. Reception Experience - When we reached there on reception, we have been asked to provide ID cards which is a good practice so during this time when we were doing such formalities, two different boys came up with girls & have asked at reception to book hotel for few hours & we were surprised to see that reception staff allowed them for this without asking for ID Cards. Next day we saw this repetitive so it was not the best place to stay for married couple in family. Rooms-Rooms were not clean well & looked that someone had already used the room as there were ash found on the side table which was broken & on the bed also. Bedsheet was dirty & footsteps we're clearly visible, blanked was covered with white torn cloth (blanket cover), room tiles were looked like bathroom tiles, please refer pictures also, TV was of 18" TFT monitor, Room was full of dust & I am sure this guest house would have been used for other activities vas well (not preferred to mention). It's standards were not even match with government guest house. Washroom - Washrooms was so conjusted that you will prefer not to take bath while staying here as lavatory & bathing area was looked like the same. Taps were leaked, drainage issue in the washroom. When we entered the room, bathroom towel was found on the floor near the bed & bedsheet was untidy as it was used. Since we had booked the hotel at price 3000/day approx through OYO app so breakfast was complimentary. When we asked for the breakfast they took nearly 75 mins to serve the same & it was very poor quality breakfast (2 aloo parantha) completely wet with oil & served not fresh, not even wrapped with foil paper, with 2-3 spoons or quarter bowl filled with curd. I promise you guys you won't have it. While we were living for the office we found a men came with girl, he booked the hotel & girl step in to the first floor. Attn OYO, I was surprised to see the standards of hotels in Delhi which have been covered by OYO & it was gave the bad experience of OYO bookings as well. During checkout hotel reception guys were asked & forced me to give them 5 star ratings in front of them. Not worth more than RS. 500 &I don't recommend any family & married couple to stay there.

I want to share my personal experience with all of you... Yester i visited there, it was very nice place to spen time with your loving one's , specially with your family member , because the atmosphere of velvet inn in was very nice .. its a family hotel kind off Food was superb Room was clin nd washrooms are too . Overall its superb place in a budget.

Small room, on 3rd floor, without any lift. Too high charge. Washroom basin clogged. No parking space available. Worst experience in an oyo. Only thing is good staff behaviour.

Very unprofessional staff . Oyo should remove these sort of bad proprty where they dnt how to treat guests . Also overpriced and no facility. Must avoid .

It was very good experience there and hotel staff was nice and helpful... Room,washroom are good and well cleaned... Cons: Parking facilities are not there and hotel entrances is not good also price is little expensive as compare to room and all...

Very nice place... Had a amazing day with my hubby on our first wedding anniversary. Well behaved staff. Clean room. Overall very good ambience.

Food was delicious... Staff behaviour was nice.. Room was clean nd well maintained.... Security nd privacy was at peak .... I love it nd want to give 5 out of 5 rating

TV was not working, bucket was not available in washroom. Receptionist took phone at checkout and made 5 star rating on his own.
