Overall experience of the hotel is good. I thought of giving a 5star but the room that was provided to us was not well equipped. The speed regulator of the fan was broken,the shutter window was not smooth. Hope these things get solved and the property is ready to rock the area.
I stayed here from 26th to 28th Nov for a business trip however the experience was very pathetic. Necessary utilities like AC, Geyser was not functioning, Bedsheet was dirty and unhygienic. The commode flush wasn't working properly. Advice to all that all positive reviews posted here are fake or paid reviews please don't believe in them and never make a reservation in this pathetic hotel.
No power back up. No lift facility. Average 40 min per day power off. No maintenance of electrical compliance. Rent is too much high. Only staff behaviour is very friendly.
Very good service. Quick service. Available food in reasonable price and good in quality. Great behaviour of the representative. Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and everything looks good.
Inhospitable and inhuman !!! The receptionist is arrogant and rude ...as we arrived before the check in time ... I requested him to atleast allow us to use a washroom as My father is seriously ill and he urgently needed to use one... He refused and asked for some extra charge!!! He was not ready to help.. They are not at all considerate and is very disrespecting ..they are inhuman n moneyminded .... I would recommend people not to choose this hotel ever ... It's my worst experience with Oyo ... I'm sorry but I'm highly disappointed ....
Very bad hotel.Never go there. The behaviour of manager and other staffs are very bad.I booked a room from Goibibo,and already paid the full amount. When i reach there they donot allow me to check in.The told me that they will not take bookings through online,due to some issues with oyo. I have to suffer lot that day to find another hotel through oyo.
Average hotel..with average facilities...hotel staffs services are not good... location of the hotel is also average...but nearer to airport...and if you are a food lover you can find good street food near the hotel....and good thing is there is a bar near the hotel ..
All my family member were senior citizen where the hotel dint provide the one day and on another day they gave them when everyone has checkout .kindly return our money for breakfast want money back for same.
