OYO Navodian Palace - Hotel in Delhi - South West, India

never book this hotel or go there. They cut the power of your room again and again, after sometime complete shut down, and give excuse that there is electricity issue, but actually its not. we had to spend whole night in one fan during humid summer. So Capitals m NO.

One word for this place is Disaster... If anyone even makes a decision to stay here it's a worst decision ever made . Facilities here include Small and dirty rooms , stinking , washroom full of cockroaches and bad fowl smell .. Floor full of long fallen hairs ( please try to understand what I mean to say ) staff they don't know how to behave and there is no hygiene at all .In this pandemic I don't know who gave them permission to open up the hotel and allow guests in .Well for me it was a emergency situation because there was no water at home ..When I went to this place I was almost ready to die , and I ran away from there . I would request people to please go through this review before choosing this place to stay because I think something else goes on in here behind the closed doors and the staff is so much busy in all these activities that they fail to clean the rooms and take unnecessary money from people.

First of all i would like to say, they don't deserve even 1 star also, This is one of the worst property i have ever had. Thier rooms are so stingy , dirty, small and they don't provide anything like bucket, mug nd all in the washroom. And the worst part is their staff, they don't even know how to talk to their guests. I recently stayed over there for 4 days, right after 2 days they were like check out our room, check out our room. Because i gave negative response about this property to oyo. So they were worried about this. And the location of this property is so bad, it's in narrow street , they don't even have sign board, you have to find urself otherwise u ll get lost. I am sharing some photos with you, you can check by yourself also. Over all guys i will never ever suggest you this property, instead of this property you can stay in oyo roseberry. This is so nearby from this property, around 400m far, you ll get so good room, all the amenities in same price.

Its very inside in a narrow lane and operating from a flat. Food was not good and service was average only. Tried to update review himself from my phone and when I caught said sorry. Anyway, thanks for arranging stay but I will not stay again.

Room was neat and clean and stay was good but need more improvement in staff behavior other wise all the things are good ...

By location not favourable for couple. In Neighbours aunties were staring every one entering hotel.
