OYO Nandi Inn - Hotel in Durgapur, Bamunara - Paschim Bardhaman, India

I book a room from oyo app for 500rs but when I go there I see another thing, the hotel owner wants more 1100 rs. He did not agree to reduce the money in any way. Later we were forced to agree to book the room in that amount. Then again he said that the room is not available, we have to wait. But oyo app showed that we have room book.

I don't have any bad experience with them. As we all know hotels charges more than online and in most cases it is 1k to 1.2k. Note one thing, if u want anything buy from outside or order them as early as possible. Most people experience very delayed delivery. I personally got a water bottle after 2hrs and 3 calls. And there wasn't any electricity connection in bathroom. But there was no disturbance and interruption.

I have visited this hotel yesterday(15/05/2022) Here are some good and bad vibes about this hotel. Good vibes- 1) Hotel staffs are couple friendly. 2) Location is easily accessible. 3) Very good transport connection. 4) Maintain privacy and security. Bad vibes- 1) Room along with bedsheets, towel is not clean, and a foul-smell presence inside the room. 2) Room rate is very high compare to its ambience. 3) There is no mirror inside the room. 4) Television is also not in working mode. 5) Charges for food are very high compare to its quality. 6) Foods are not so tasty. 7) We ordered a beer bottle of MRP 120/- but they charged 220/- If you are planning to visit this hotel, I suggest try another one.

First of all the room price for single occupancy is high. Then I told the receptionist to give water bottles in the room but didn't respond. After one hour later when I again told them then they got it done. After this I ordered Fried rice at 9.30 pm but they brought the food to the room at 8.30 pm and forced me to take the food anyhow giving lame excuses like we close the door at 9.30 pm... Dont serve after 9 pm blah blah. Now coming to the food is more like steam rice nothing else. No taste nothing.

Staffs were not good. Kinda rude.

It's totally a fraud property. I have booked & paid 1051. During checkin time receptionist asked me for extra 1600 for checkin. And trust me behaviour is not good. I didn't got any resolution from oyo management after they listen my problem they hold my call. I booked the hotel by seeing the review, but not i believe all reviews are given by their own.

They are very gennuine scamer. Bloody chu@ta owner. If you book online they will not consider and the price will automatic increased like magic. You will be charged addtional to stay their. Don't trust this hotel

Worst experience. Dirty rooms. Water was continuously dropping from AC. low quality food according to price. More of the items were not available. Taken extra rate according to oyo app. Didn't got the bill also. In oyo it showed 861. And there the property manager took 2000 extra fom us. . Will not recommend anyone. And want my money back.
