Really bad service. They were being rude and disrespectful. They refused to give us the room which was book from 12pm the previous day till 11pm the next day. They made us wait for 2hrs. We arrived at 8.30am the next day and they refused to give us the room not even to fresh up.
Dont book this hotel, they will accept all the booling, when we get there, the staff will say sold out, so we will cancel and so they will get the full money, and we get zero refunds Book any other hotels. Lost money twice.
Rooms not well clean,beed pillows cover not much clean,Ac not working so that feel so hot inside the room.
Quality of room is very bad, lot of mosque inside the room, bed and pillow are not clean ,very bad smell.

They provide nothing as they say on the website. And charged extra Rupees after our online booking. The room was rotten with some smell. They didn't provide any drinking water for free. The booking says the breakfast and wifi was free , but both the availability was not provided. Overall my rating is 1/5 to this stay. Kindly don't approach any oyo services because they don't even provide any of the thing they mention on their website/ application.
Too bad. I was already got booking confirmation message. But they accept that and they charged 500 rupees additional.
The room was absolutely nice, Very clean and comfortable.. A nice stay at the hotel.. But the one thing you have know is if you are booking through oyo and you've got at a cheap rate never pay any extra amount to the hotel when you check in.. They will say that its showing variation so we have to pay extra, there is nothing like that.. Just contact oyo if you need any clarification if there occurs some problems like this. Apart from this It was a good stay at the hotel.
