Good and friendly staff members who ensure that you are taken care of during your stay. The check in and check out times were convenient as well. The location is on the outer ring road and is not too far off from the city. The rooms were well maintained and sanitized before occupancy. The food ordered was of good quality and quiet enjoyable. Value for money is what I would call this place.
If there is a 0star I would have given it. We booked this hotel well in advance via goibibo and the hotel guy didn't let us in stating they don't agree online payment. We even spoke to the Oyo guy to get it done but the hotel guy was adamant to not let us in. He asked us to pay extra 2k to get it in. We cancelled our 1day Mysore plan and returned back to the native . Once we left the hotel he changed the status to hotel is ready . If u think of booking this hotel, don't. It seems they are doing it regularly and u will be one of their victim.
Rooms are average woth AC (will be turned on based on our requirement) Basic etiquettes like toilet should be maintained well. Parking space available for both 2 and 4 wheelers.
I'm giving 2 stars because of my own experience. I'm from north and not familiar with local language of Mysore, I booked a room using oyo app with a valid coupon applied but when i reached to hotel they ask me for payment at the time of check-in and they denied that WE DON'T ACCEPT COUPONS basically coupon is not valid here in Mysore and they CHARGED ME the ACTUAL PRICE of room without considering coupon. I argued that how is it possible ? What if I pay through online because online payment was there but they said, " You need to pay cash otherwise we will charge extra for our services". But they people were not getting me they were not able to communicate in global language and after half an hour I paid with unsatisfactory situation.
If i can then i will give 0 Star to this Hotel...The worst hote ever stayed... Worst Staff.. Dont have manners .. TV without recharge... No Hot Water...Very rude behaviour of Staff.. If you call the emergency number then no one picks the call. You wont even get a Water bottle also nearby.. OYO room in some worst area... I wish give 0 Star to this.. Please never visit this place. Terrific place
Rooms are very small. We stayed there for two days. Hot water didn't came both the days. Even AC is not on proper condition. No parking place. I recommend not to select this place.
Worst experience... I highly don't recomtthis hotel... They charge 1000 frm us and have no facilities like hot water, and lift also no water inside the room... And the room is so conjusted , not even a single person can enter inside the room... And the wash rooms are so untidy... Worst of the worst... If u visit mysoyand wanna take the room pls don't got to Mysore inn.. the whole of ur trip LL b worst....
Dirty rooms, Dirty toilets, carless staff, no hot water & the rooms are not for families since most occupants are couples. We complained to OYO about the condition of the property. Hopefully they fix it or just turn this into a lodge since OYO's image is taking a hit.
