OYO Ms Grand Inn - Hotel in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

Staff behaviour very bad they not giving any service no towel given no water if you are visiting coimbatore don't stay there... If have less than 1 rating so I'm giving

It is situated in a small place ,but checked out after a 2 hrs freshup and overall experience was satisfactory. It cost us 600 RS but it's worth like 400 or something.

Neat and affordable. Room rent was around RS.1000 per night. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Overall good experience. Only problem is that parking facility is available to park only a single car, if it is booked already you won't find a place for parking. Good one near gandhipuram junction !

It's quite close to the city bus stop, still it becomes quite difficult to locate as you have to take a lot of turns. Talking about the place, it's a pretty good package that you get for the price you pay. Room is big enough and very neat, with air conditioner. The toilet was decent and well maintained.

If you go to coimbatore never visit this hotel for stay I visit this hotel with family .not safety womens he told this is AC rooms but in we visit room there is no AC very worst behaviour we visit just around 10minutes but he get 500rupees

Very very basic. Do not have high expectations. Small room with decent bed. Just about ok for a night's rest. Walkable distance from the bus stand. AC will be switched on in the night only. Toilet congested and not well maintained. No toiletries and no drinking water provided.

Never book this property. Had a horrible stay. Unclean and untidy bathrooms. Cupboard doors broken and luckily escaped from a accident as the entire door fell down when tried to open. Ordered breakfast by 7.30AM and waited till 9.15AM. They didn't provide any breakfast but kept on promising it will be delivered in 10 mins. Finally checked out at 9.15AM without having breakfast as my small kid was crying hungry. There is no parking space and have to park car on road side. Totally it was a horrible stay and never opt this property. And OYO is a total failure and nobody even cared to respond to my concern

Just ok. Besides the room being small and that is not a big problem, it is stuffy - remember when thr propert is not renovated frequently this is what happens!!!. Thankfully this property is not like the one with the 2 or 3 stars which would have been dumped in the name if carpet and uther closed upholstery causing even more stuffiness. Yet this one was also stuffy. The toilet was also even more stuffy but when raised the admin was kind enough to clarofy that they weee closed due to severe water sprinkling due to sudden peak summer rains at Coimbatire the day before and the days morning. Anyhow the bed was neat and ok. Towels were not tidy. AC took a lot of time to pick up, possibly because of voltage issues but we had a good night sleep . Staff were good and responsive. Comfort wise just ok. Money is too much for these kinds of property , however I think that is how market is headed in the name of comparativeness. !!!! Anyways thanks to OYO for easing hotel search so easy and at short notice unlike in those days...
