OYO Mountains Villa - Hotel in Kasauli - Solan, India

Friendly and helpful staff. The caretaker/cook (Deepak) prepared excellent and personalized meals and served nicely. Enjoyed sheltered rooftop terrace dining, the great views, beautiful sunsets, refreshing cool breezes and the shower of rain from the heights. Good, quiet and serene location, about 3KM from the Kasauli market. Lots of stairs to climb. Average property, value for money considering very high prices around. So do not expect much, just enjoy nice hospitality, views, etc.

NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I booked an apartment which has 2 rooms(as shown while booking through booking.com) in this property for 3 days for INR 11,000 from 21-7-2021 to 24-7-2021, but when I reached hotel the owner of this hotel Mr. Amit told me that we have booked the rooms for someone else and cannot provide you the rooms, also he told me that there is no apartment in this property, to which I was shocked as I have already booked an apartment through BOOKING.COM. Rooms in this hotel is shabby and shady, one cannot stay here after spending so much amount as the rooms were really smelling bad. Old style rooms are there in the property, with no paint and nothing, even the quality of the mattresses were so bad that you cannot even sit on them for more than one hour. I had to look for an alternate property in Kasauli as I was travelling with my family. When I informed this to the agents at booking.com they told me that we will provide you with the refund of the extra amount you have paid to find an alternate property. After 3 days, when I have shown my invoice to the BOOKING.COM agents, they are now saying sorry that we cannot pay you the refund and has started making excuses. NEVER book rooms with BOOKING.COM

Really good budget hotel, in this price you get nice clean room, TV with HD channels, good view of mountains, clean restrooms and nice support staff around you. Mr Desh Raj was always available for help. He gave some good suggestions to me about kasauli. Both guys Desh Raj and Deepak were quite helpful. I would happily stay in the same hotel again if I get to visit the city again.

I wish that I could give a 0.25 Rating, as a 1 Rating is also an understatement! Its a sham! A collosal failure n truly one of its kind in that department! I had booked a room at the property about a week back for a 2 night stay. But to my horror, when my husband and I arrived at the property, tired n haggered from our drive, we had to take steep steps to reach the so called reception cum kitchen cum admin area, we were told that they had no spare room for us n we were just left standing there in their so called foyer in utter disbelief! We were practically shooed out. N the people at OYO people turned out to be equally bad, they didnt even receive our call. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OYO ROOMS TO ANYBODY ON THIS ENTIRE PLANET. My holiday was ruined because of such rude and arrogant people.

This is just 3-4 km away from sunrise-sunset point. Awesome stay at this place. Really nice rooms and well maintained staff. The guy Desh Raj, here is really professional and always available to provide help. Recommend this place. The rooms and washrooms are clean and nice. The view from the room balcony is just amazing with a cup of tea. Food quality is also very good. Tasty and hygienic.

A comfortable hotel for young, prices are little higher than the average, but location is nice. home like cooked food. Just you need to go ny stairs at a height so not recommended for old age people otherwise a good hotel.

A very bad experience. Hotel manager refuses us to check in. He said oyo has not paid him for last 2 month. Hence he straightway refused our booking. I got very bad experience at shimla where I had booked shimla hill international. When I called manager to confirm our booking, he said the hotel is not listed on OYO group. However Luckily I got help from Kunal from oyo home who booked in vrinda oyo home.

The behaviour of the staff is too rude, and the Owner of the Hotel use Abusive Word for talking with Team Members and also with me, The Cleanliness of the room is too Poor, the bedsheets and the Towel Given to us is too Dirty, and the Hot water Gyser is not working, the door of the Bathroom is not locked, When I was Reached at Hotel, Even that I call him for water bottle, he says our Kitchen is Closed, So Water is not available, after When I was Go out for Check out next morning, He says not pay your Bill by OYO wallet and any Other Third party Concerns, Pay me Directly on my Bank Account, and take Extra 1000/- from me. When I Complain to OYO Support , The Hotel Owner Also use Abusive Words to talking with OYO Customer care Support, So Overall I Recommended to all Guests and Tourists don't stay At MOUNTAINS VILLA Hotel, So that you people could not face any Problem like us. i also give suggestion to people if you really want to destroy you trip choose this hotel for stay.
