2-3 rooms which are kindof honeymoon rooms have good view. Bathrooms have no latch. Other than those rooms, they don't even have a window in other rooms. It feels terrible at night when u don't have a source of air. The prices were fair for me.
Don't rely on photos of this bastard...This hotel is a disaster...I gave him advance while I was traveling to shimla but when I reached there first, the hotel is in the middle of a kacchi basti. Second, the rooms are very small with 0 hygiene and smelling like hell. Third, in one room there was a bathroom with no latch.
The owner dont know how to run a hotel. It was noisy all day he keeps on shouting on his employees. There was no phone in the room had to go to the reception for water bottles which they keep on forgetting and had to remind them for 3-4 times. Rooms are suffocating, no ventilation. DON'T STAY HERE
Very bad hotel.i stayed here as I got stuck due to closed roads on further journey. Shouldn't opt for this if better options are available. Rooms are so so Soo small that I wasn't able to stretch myself. After multiple complaining also they didn't changed the room as I was travelling alone. Store room in my house was bigger than the room they provided. Plus bathroom was horrible. They had mould. I couldn't bathe there. Had to dryclean myself and leave the room next morning earliest possible time.
This cozy hotel was lit. It's well furnished rooms and beautiful views are the main highlights. This is at a Lovely location and The Mall Road is just at the walking distance. Worst experience in my life... Rooms are not cleaned after previous tenant's leave & when asked for the same from the hotel they did change the bedsheet & pillow cover but with very irritating behaviour. Well I would have given 1 star only but given two just because of the politeness of hotel manager.
Worst hotel experience ever in any hotel. Room was dirty, hairs all around. Someone else's towel was in the room and upon asking the room service guy was taking in rude manner. When checking out of the hotel, the hotel manager and the Oyo manager (may be) came to us and begged for 5 rating. They were nice to us, that is the only reason I am giving 2 .
Dear Oyo 24895 mid town, my stay was unsatisfactory because: 1. You 'upgraded' your hotel from 'smart' to 'flagship' category. I neither understand what is smart nor flagship about this hotel.however my confirmed booking for which the entire booking amount was already paid in advance - was cancelled and I was not even informed about it by Oyo until I arrived at the hotel to check in. The reason given was that I had made a booking while it was a smart hotel n now that the hotel was a flagship one, none of the 'smart' bookings were valid anymore. How about informing the customer when you decided to cancel her booking? Pathetic customer service by Oyo. I had to spend more than 1.5hrs with your call centre to sort out a mess created by you and another 1.5hrs was spent later for the refund. I must however appreciate the 2 men at the front desk who helped me navigate through the mess that Oyo and the call centre created. 2. Your flagship hotel had rats running around in the premium room - not sure this is what customers are looking for. 3. The customers in the room next door played loud head banging music till 4am - even the hotel boy had a head ache the next morning but nothing was done about it.
