OYO Maharana Farms - Hotel in Aurangabad Khadar, Mathura - Mathura, India

This hotel is on VIP road of mathura. And there rooms are so cleaned with a good room service.

I don't recommend this hotel, my experience is very very bad. There is no facility at all. Me & my friend stayed for 2 days, first day when we asked for water the staff gave us water bottle with glass tumbler after that whenever we asked they provide plastic tumbler & spoons, they don't even clean the room for two days, only one towel provided for two guests that too completely torned. TV and AC is not working at all, lizard was roaming on the walls, one day when we opened the door one dog was trying to came inside the room. the bathroom became water pond there is no proper drainage system. On first day when we asked for food they provided us menu card and when we ordered the food they brought food from outside that too after 1 hour, there is no arrangement of tea or coffee, everything they bring from outside and took long time, for 2 days we bought food from outside ourselves. Electricity backup is zero the light go atleast five times, in the evening when we want to go out at 7 pm the main gate was locked and there was no staff at all, the staff came from outside after giving 3 calls at 7.30 pm, they don't even accept debit cards, they are taking good amount for giving facility but there is no facility at all. so who so ever want to book this hotel please book with your own arrangements and risk.

i had visited it only once but from outside its interior side looks nice But its way to come in is not okay it's mainly fills up with sewage water when it rains just a bit but i hope it would be ok from interiors

Horrible Experience!! Room was ok. Room service is not available . For food you would have to go 2km towards Mathura- Agra Highway ( there is a only one restaurant near petrol pump). My staying experience is very irritating and horrible because of Hotel staffs un-responsible Behaviour. When i was check-in some guys (except reception guy) were drunk . After that i went for dinner around 8:30pm and told reception guy about that . At 9:40pm when i returned to hotel gate was locked from inside , there was no person on reception all are slept after drink ( i think) i knocked till 10:15 pm no one has came to open the gate. Lastly i called oyo helpline and finally at 10:25 pm Got a entry in hotel via Trespass.

Don't go for this OYo hotel it is the only recommendation from my side ........... They have AC (not function) just for name ,tv(not function) just for name they don't give wifi password, there is no water and food, they have just room there is no staff and area is not good if you are GIRL or not aware ....... maximum ratings on this hotel is fake i also trapped by these rating .......

Looks good, actually it's a marriage home which is working like a hotel..Good place to stay.

Rooms are excellent but try to teach you staff to behave kindly with everyone, they were good. But they can be more good
