OYO Maharaja Inn - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

The BEST hotel ever. It's like a beautiful restaurant and lounge. They serve breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, dinner, and have an open coffee, and beverages. They even make sure to serve vegetarian options! The location is convenient to city., but you get to avoid the tourist congestion. Well-appointed rooms The coolest place. Our room included a dressing room and head shower.

Pathetic staff and service. They can't handle 5 rooms check in at a time. The manager was not in the hotel till 12 noon when he came he has no decision making power, he was continuously calling the owner who was not answering the call. Thus the guests were kept hanging. No food no water available with them. Although they are budget hotel but the service and room was not worth it as well. Stinky and very bad rooms.

It was worse service. They treat complete differently with OYO customer. No proper facility like other customers. We didn't get breakfast because I dont have there phone number and when I return back hotel, it was 10:04 am. They said u r 4 min late now no breakfast because if booked hotel via OYO. From 11 am only they start calling to checkout. They were not ready to wait till 11:30 am. Worst service, no soap for hand wash. No water in toilet. Water flow is very less in bathroom. Disgusting

I arrived at the Maharaja Inn Saturday for the conference and stayed until Wednesday. The customer service and room service were excellent. Food was really good too! The only issue was with the housekeeping staff. as expected we needed the room cleaned since my son had made a little mess. My husband took my son for a walk, and when he returned the room look cleaned, but upon closer look he realized they didn't actually change the duvet cover (that was dirty) they just turned it around. Leaving the dirty part to rest on top of the bed sheet. He called to have them come and change it and fortunately they did with no issue

Very good hotel. Per day price is 900rs .Even two person can stay in one room. Staff are well mannered but the food cost is very high. Everytime whenever there is problem, if you give them call, staff will be there to solve your problem. So it was wonderful to stay there. I wish I'll be there once again

This is definitely a five star hotel. We travel a lot and this by far is the cleanest hotel room ever! We stayed in room for 2 nights. We would have stayed longer but hotel sold out our third night so had to find alternative. Everything was perfect from the time we pulled up to parking, to checkin, to the time we entered our floor, which looked like a mansion with beautiful carpet and art.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights for business trip and conference, and arrived the hotel one day before the conference. The hotel is exactly located in the downtown and near many sightseeing spots including the Park and the Institute of Golambar. After I arrived the hotel, an happy hour drink followed by a welcome dinner were arranged in the restaurant by the business conference organiser. The food and drinks are extremely nice, and we all had a good time there.

Since the Maharaja Inn has changed hands it has been completely renovated and updated. We have stayed at that location under both owners and it has improved greatly. Cleanliness has a high priority, breakfast is nice, and the rooms are comfortable. Ice cream and pizza are available at the hotel from 5-10 pm. Tours of the area are offered as an option as well as other entertainment packages.
