OYO Luxury Villas Near Begumpet Airport - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Please read this review before booking this villas, it will take just 2min to read my review but worth the shot..... Definitely the worst villas in the entire Hyderabad city... firstly the pictures what they have shown for the building its dead opposit its not at all kept clean and outside the villas only garbage area everywhere you will find the scrap things leftover food n all that.. next comes with the person who was attending the guest had no common sense to treat the customers properly we booked this villa online through one executive she had asked us to pay 381 rs advance which we paid and got the confirmation from oyo and also we asked weather we can do early check in she said yes we can but when we reached the hotel the person from the villa had no idea that we have booked the room and the way he spoke to us was very bad... we had to call to the executive for early checkin which they mislead us n all so much happened even they don't take soft copy of ID proof though we were married couple only my husband had hardcopy nd mine was soft copy available but still they didn't allow for it we reached this villas in the morning 7:30 and till 8:30 we were standing near the reception itself then we went outside to get hardcopy of the ID but no shops were open by that time...so we decided to stay in some good hotels rather then here where there is no safety at all... we moved to Anjani mansion which was really good... plz dont go to this villas at all better it should be closed and a strict action to be taken on oyo executive who spoke rudely with me and should be removed from the work... and still they haven't refund my money which i paid as advance

Don't Book if its last Hotel on Earth. Very Unhygenic, room are smelling, washrooms has spilled dirt al over the place, fan not working. We made full payment and checked out within 5 minutes

Looks like a scam. People are forced to vacate by themselves due to highly unhygienic conditions, and there is no refund. No value for money. Feels unsafe.

Worst rooms ever. First they did not honor the OYO booking rate. Asked for more. Worst condition rooms with smoking smell and everywhere. Uncleaned sheets. No water in the morning and pumo did not work. Water heater did not work. A stray dog was roaming inside hotel. I would rate -100 out of 5.

Pros: Spacious parking available if traveling by car, spacious rooms, hot water available all the time, very convenient location. Cons: Rude front desk employee, TV doesn't work, Old place, room is shabby and premises are poorly maintained, doesn't even have hangers in the closet, NO place to hang clothes.

Varied locations available to choose from, cleanliness could have been better. Some of the properties were pathetic and that needs a deep review such pictures has been shared to Cc, hope OYO to act upon and improve !!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting !!

Pros : spacious rooms Cons: Dirty rooms , Broken switches , strains on blanket , need to ask receptionist if we need geyser ,AC ,only they can switch it on , demands more price than oyo booking price , police checking on weekends that too on midnights.
