Total fraud. Arrogant staff. Pathetic service. I booked property online from agoda, but staff refused to allot rooms. After a long debate, they alloted me room in another hotel. But then they refused to provide me breakfast which was included in complimentary benefits. Their staff was arrogant. And he totally told me to complain wherever I want, but he would not give me breakfast. I contacted Agoda customer care, they also tried to contact property but these cheaters didn't picked up the phone. So Agoda refunded me 3 dollars for breakfast amount. Thank

The location of the hotel is very and the complimentary breakfast was also good. But the hotel lacks basic sanitation. The mattress and blanket were full of stains and even the bathroom was not clean. Make sure you carry your own bedsheet and surface sanitise with in order to have a pleasant star

Rooms are good, service is also better, and the entire staff of the hotel is very cooperative

It has very relaxing campus alomg with garden and huge parking area .. I personally liked the hotel but it is little bit away from the place where you can get auto taxi and all.. Cleanliness needs to be maintained otherwise everything was nice .

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

worst unhygienic hotel to stay. beware of oyo!there was nothing to like about this hotel. at times public toilets are well hygeine. i hate it.first time in my life visited such a pathetic oyo property. room was just stinking with foul smell, full of mosquitoes, paan spit in room walls, bathroom was like shit. beddings you could see body hairs stuck in it. i informed the property manager but of no use. my stay was for 2 nights, but i stayed there only for an hour just to get some other hotel booking done. i had paid 50% advance. i want get 100% refund.

The room and toilet were clean, there's a problem with door locks system, feels like it isn't closed. Outside food is not allowed but hotel's restaurant food is good and at reasonable prices. The property needs a little bit of renovation as the walls are wet.

Never book this property/hotel. I have booked 4 rooms through Agoda for 3 nights. When we reached at hotel, the guy there denied us check-in. He says I have only 3 rooms so I can give you only 3 rooms and if you want to check-in, you have to pay extra 300 Rs. per night per room which calculates Rs.2700 extra. I had to find other hotel. He was very very rude. He said, I don't care what online booking guys told you or offered you. Its between you and booking platform. I spoke to Agoda's customer care, they tried reaching out to property but they didn't picked up. So Agoda refunded my money. Worst worst ever experience.
