OYO Lodge Jyoti - Hotel in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

It was a quite good experience to stay there. Room was tiny but big enough for two people. Breakfast was fixed, porched egg & veg roasted sandwich, Tea was good though. For meal, there are restaurants outside the lodge, at a walking distance of 2-3 minuts. Also there is Wine shop is nearby, right next to the restaurant at jalpai more. Staff is friendly at this lodge, and also helpfull. I Hope to come back soon, and hopefully I'll be staying here. Thank you lodge jyoti.

Worst OYO service of my life. 1) They gave me a room where cigarette packet was on the room floor even after telling that i have smoke allergy. And the entire hotel smells of cigarettes including the reception area. 2) the stuff in all reviews mentioned they ate very good which is obviously written by themselves. They didnt even give a bottle of water until i kept on asking. 2nd day they told they wony give water itseems. I was shocked to even hear that from their mouth. 3) they didnt even provide breakfast which is supposed to be included. 4) they kept on drilling whole day and no scope of anyone to take little rest. Its a very 3rd class lodge who tied up with OYO. I literally had the worst OYO experience of my life

Though the location and services were Good enough but the rooms that were assigned to us was very dirty on a serious note. We were a group of 4 friends we stayed there for 1 night but i am highly disappointed with the condition of the room..Bathroom was not properly cleaned even after complaining.. From next time i would prefer to spend extra Rs 300-400 but will look for a clean room. Oyo should take care of this. Thank you

I visited this hotel November 2018. OYO has taken under it. This hotel is now good enough to supply our needs. They have now all facilities under cheaper rates. Now it's Good Geyser facility Restaurant Bt still Lift is missing. They will solve it as soon as possible. Over all it was nice experience again.

I deduct one star because of the hygiene. Basically you get what you pay for. Very good for solo travellers. Staff is friendly and the location is also good as it is situaited in a peaceful area next to the highway. Many shops nearby and cabs are also easily available.

Good budget hotel, I have taken saver double room, small room and small wash room but very comfortable for me even two persons can stay easily, very supportive hotel staff. Restaurants are not available but they arrange good food. If I visit again near Jalpai more area I would prefer this hotel only

Rooms are clean, in my view they had charged a lot for a rooms which shouldn't be for these small rooms. And in some rooms the geyser aren't there. While in some rooms it's there. And the fan of room no. 305 makes an irritating sound which made our stay unpleasant . And one more thing this lodge is close to Dr. Malay Chakrabarty Hospital.

Very nice hotel ,staff behaviour was very nice, fast action taken by manager, telephone and tv was also abvilable ,. Bathroom was also neat and clean,.. I like the hotel.
