The room, mattress, bathroom are not clean, they charge service charge of 10% in the name of TAX at checkout which is never mentioned initially to fool people, nor they provide a proper receipt. The receptionist seemed drunk and rude while checkout which was completely opposite to what was promised as a family stay hotel. Won't describe more, it's from the other reviews which unfortunately we didn't check before our stay.

The worst stay I ever had the room was not cleant after previous use, flush not working, the receptionists during the checkout was drunk and spoke in a rude way. They didn't provide any services nor we ordered anything from them looking at their hygiene and looking at other customers full plate out of room due to some or the other issue but still they charged 150 rupees as service charge when we asked which they said TAX. It's a good way to fool people with Taxes and without proper receipt. Not just 1 all the reviews point out the same which we regret noticing after the stay.

The rooms lack maintenance. They charge only for the location. The toilet flush won't work. They said that they have geyser, but actually they don't. They won't provide hot water even after multiple requests. The rooms aren't properly cleaned. On check-in, fresh linen is also not provided. The towels smell so bad. We paid 1500 for a night and it wasn't even close to being worth it.

This is a budget hotel.Rooms are not very spacious. Rooms were not clean. Patches of dust were conspicuous on windows, chair and table. Washroom was also not clean. There were spots on commode . Linens and towels provided were also not clean. Room service was of average quality. They provide complimentary breakfast in rooms but the same is neither satisfactory in quality nor in quantity.There were very limited options in breakfast i.e Parantha, Omlet or Toast. The location is good but there are not many shops of miscellaneous daily use goods near by. The local market is at some distance from the hotel.

Nice hotel with great location and facilities. We booked a room with two separate beds. It was a little smaller than usual and felt somewhat constricting, but overall ambience, cleanliness and best of all, the hospitality of staff was very good. Definitely recommended for those who want to stay near the heart of Delhi. The Lutyens Delhi is merely 10 minutes drive away.

I think people should first file a police complain with supporting documents of services shown and offered. And then all together take it to court. Time consuming, but really there are laws against these kind of mis selling. So think / unite & take action. Reviews here will not help you out. Now OYO & Hotel will revert to this review asking to share details over email. But I suggest go via legal way. OYO is equally responsible

The place is very unkept. The toilet is horrible (it's dirty, filthy, smelly, and poorly maintained), the bedsheets were even stained when I got to my room. The floor is unswept and not mopped. The food is a disaster. I will avoid this hotel if I have to sleep on the streets. They charged Rs2200 for a single night. I honestly didn't enjoy my stay here.

The hotel is pretty well built... With good spacious rooms and clean washrooms... All the services are very well provided... Rooms are secure as well... There's an ATM machine right outside around the corner of the street which is a plus point... Other than all this the service is outstanding
