OYO Krishna Residency - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Place is terrible. Lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years with two sunken sofas for guests. If you to to check out a room, it will be terribly managed. The rooms have damaged walls. unclean floors, the lights feel like they are better off being turned off than on because it makes no difference due to how dim they are. A lot of the rooms also smell terrible, like the hair oil a lot of older people use, which makes them feel heavily congested. All this, for 8k a month if you want to use PG service. Daylight robbery.

Although the rooms and food are ok but the services are pathetic, electricity was out for a day because of that water was also not there and they gave us the hope that it will get fixed soon but that was all lie they just need money they don't care about customer satisfaction. Giving 2 stars for the average room and good food.

The hotel is work in progress. The lift is getting built. Linen was very dirty. I had to carry my luggage for 3 floors. The service otherwise was good. They even did a sanity check during my stay to validate whether everything was fine. The hotel has great potential to be a great place to stay. It is located about 30 meters from the main road. easily visible from the main road. Food is available at the hotel. Rooms were very small.

I did not check in they said I checked in they told me their was no room and then I had to find some other hotel and the payment I played is also not returned never trust them. They are rally bad thief

They denied check in . They said that we don't take online booking but I have already paid the amount oyo. After arguing They gave me a room there was no AC my money wasted and in summer room had a boiling temp. Even oyo customer doesn't helped me. They said we can't do anything cause you have checked in. . Staff is totally unsupportive and unresponsive to the booking that comes through oyo.

they only have 4 ac rooms, owner is arrogant. don't have any sense of hospitality. not at all cooperative. rooms don't have any curtain so the room is always lit up so you cannot sleep in day time. rooms don't have dustbin, soap, towel, washbasin. mostly rooms are very very small. washrooms are very small and unclean. do not visit please. worst oyo experience, i went there to stay for 7 days but had to run in 4 days. only reason i stayed for 4 days was because i paid in advance through oyo app. worst! worst! worst! worst! worst! worst! worst! worst! worst!

Don't go here they have just done fraud with my booking. Firstly they told me that we are open whenever you want to come you can check in and after that they are not picking up my calls I was having to bookings . And as per the policy same date amount is not refundable that we all know but they told me to book for 4 Aug to 5 Aug and then they are not permit me and not even picking up my calls. Here is the evidence. And after that I have cancelled all my booking they didn't given me my whole money either. Don't go and I m gonna put this on a Google also so that each n every one will get to know.

I am writing the review here.. because of reason that the staff forces you to give them 5 star rating on OYO app otherwise they won't let you check out the hotel. They will argue with you for the same and make your phone on forcefully. Further the room provided was so poor in condition, the washbasin was broken which means no water to clean and there were 2 mouse in the room. AC was not even working. I would mention please don't take room no. 202 if provided to you. Please don't give them fake ratings on OYO app. Please improve the room conditions atleast provide basic amenities in the room for these we pay the amount. Thankyou!
