This OYO Hotel cannot be contacted by phone after booking and payment! I called OYO customer care thrice. First 2 times, got 2 mobile numbers that cannot accept incoming calls. Third time my booking cannot be located.
It's not poor it's the worst room we would have come across. Being an executive we were cheated by Oyo app. It's like a godown and no water no staff.manager doesn't have curtosy. No hangers. Usually in hotels they provide bath kit and here until.we didn't ask they didn't provide. What we carried ours razor shampoo soap etc all the house keeping doesn't even have an idea he just threw it in the dustbin<br/>It was not refundable for 3days it was a hell for us. Please don't trust these dirty apps.the rates are as 3star hotel .they said breakfast complimentary but no staff in the hotel to even guide us we waited we called them and no comes as wrong no. No ratings also we can give to this hotel.or.oyo app

They need to improve drastically.. the construction is not yet done completely.. the atmosphere inside is very humid. Staircase are very steep. The bed sheets/blankets are not clean, lighting is not sufficient.
Washrooms have good running water and geysers are working.

Don't book this hotel very unprofessional staff and unclean room and toilet, if you book from OYO so they will not consider the amount and will ask you extra amount for check in, and hotel is very far from the city , and i was not only the customer who face this issue same day a couple was waiting for check in but they were asking extra amount
