Peoples are not good they will take advantage of you they will not help you but they will see if you in trouble they will try to take more money from you by showing help
The room is not impressive one kind of smell is coming out. And they didn't provide the bathroom sleepers, bathroom flash not working. Wifi not working. If you book the hotel from online they take extra cash.
Don't book your room from this hotel, the washrooms are dirtier, flush not working, behave rudely with customers. Don't book any transportation service for tour to Darjeeling & Miriki from this guest house, even it had the highest rate as compare to others. They charges 9k to 10k for a Tata sumo while others gave at in cheap cost. These guest house and touring services agents are scamming people by staying here and using this hotel travel vehicles & charging a people 1000 to above per head to travel around only 50 to 60 km in a non AC vehicle, while you can travel with a taxi by 500 to 600 and by local bus paying only 100. So choose wisely before coming to this hotel, worst services by it

Beautiful rooms with reasonable price. The behaviour of the staffs are great. Rooms are clean and good. Bathroom is also good. I have booked through OYO. No problem faced there. The check out time is 11 AM but I told them to increase that as I have some emergency work in the Morning and they gladly accepted that.
One of the worst services. They asked me to pay extra 1500 rs after i booked from Oyo online. Also giving 1500 per room per day was not worthy. Here light goes for more than 5 hours and i asked them to turn on the invertor they said okay but they didn't turned on the generator and i have to suffer more than 5 hours without light in high temperature.
You are making phool to others nothing else . Even I am going to lodge a FIR against you why u r booking a rooms in hotel without coordinating hotel management system and family members are on road if they book any hotel through you .
The staff is courteous. But that's it . No drinking water was given at the arrival. The area at which this guest house is situated is absolutely dirty and horrible . The lock condition of the room was horrible and the shower didn't disperse proper hot water. Although the staff talked nicely they didn't have the basic courtesy to offer a chair to the guest in the lobby during check in and this is very disappointing. Also the charge per day is too steep for a room where there is no Drinking water , bad washroom and a tv without a remote.
