OYO Kavya Residency Near Indira Gandhi International Airport - Hotel in Delhi - South West, India

Decent hotel with clean rooms. The hotel is well situated with clean rooms and a very reasonably priced menu. Didn't get time to do the morning buffet for the two nights I stayed there so I can't say much about that .The staff were very cordial and quick.the internet wasn't good at all. A recommendable budget hotel This budget hotel has met our expectations, at least partially exceeded.The rooms were actually in a very neat and clean condition and also very spacious.The bathroom was also very clean and well ventilated. The service was very friendly, even when we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning.The selection at breakfast was small, but was quite enough, as there were both Indian and continental offers. Even egg dishes are on request available and were fresh and individually prepared.

Woderful Hotel!!! Great staff, good atmosphere and very clean. Had security 24/7 so felt very safe and location was ideal as it was just a short taxi journey from the airport. Breakfast was good and service was great. Would recommend the Kavya Residency. Very pleasantly surprised to find the Days Inn was really more than I had expected from Kavya Residency . Clean room, quick check in and out. The manager was very polite and helpful - fast check in. The room was very clean with no odors. Towels and washcloths were very clean too. Soaps, lotions, and coffee were provided. Water flow of the shower and toilet was good. Great affordable business Kavya Residency hotel with a super convenient location if you're flying in or out of Delhi! Courteous staff arranged for a (paid) pickup at an inconvenient hour from the airport! Kavya Residency's Rooms are well appointed, though the mattresses could hv been a wee bit firmer. Breakfast buffet spread was good, hospitality and service left nothing to complain about! Room was OK, clean, and fairly comfortable, stuff are friendly and helpful. Overall, recommended - Kavya Residency - Sector 8 Dwarka. .

Great location and hospitality. I stayed here twice. The hotel is well priced and situated in a good location. Hotel manager - MR. BHUPINDER is VERY helpful and very polite to his guests. This hotel is a soft landing for us in an otherwise hectic part of Delhi. Affordable rate, free wi-fi available, good hospitality, well maintained facilities. Very helpful staffs, good size room and clean Metro and railway stations are close by; within walking distance. Easily accessible to Delhi metro, Railway station Airport etc. The area is bit noisy. But, worth for the money. Last but not least, staff members are kind, helpful, attentive. Really super nice guys! Taxi service is also available to airport or wherever. Best for business trips.

A Nice place to stay - Kavya Residency... Hotel Kavya Residency is located within walking distance from metro station is a biggest advantage. Hotel Kavya Residency Rooms and surrounding are very neat and clean with good amenities. breakfast is quite good. Hotel Kavya Residency's Staffs are extremely polite and helpful. . Staff were very accommodating especially the Doorman/Concierge and the Tour Manager Shakeel Ahmad. Scammers are everywhere, so talking to him will ensure you have the info you need to have a good stay. The best thing about this place is its location. Just 2mins walk from the SECTOR _ 8 Metro station on the violet line. Nice rooms, although there were some issues about the a.c. of the room but they soon upgraded me into a new room. Always ask for the road side rooms, they are more airy. Other rooms you may find claustrophobic. Nice hotel in an excellent location. The reception staffs and the restaurant staffs should get more hospitality training, they need to be more humble and polite towards the guests. Nice and friendly staff

Wonderful Hotel with Good service!!! -Kavya Residency What I enjoyed the most was the decor with Kavya Residency. The food was excellent. In general the place is decorated with good taste; I had a short stay but managed to have a meal in the terrace and it was delicious. The hotel is quiet, clean, and well priced and the food is really nice. We chose this hotel after reading the reviews and have not been disappointed in any way. Kavya Residency's staff helped us print our boarding passes for the flight home offering us the use of a computer. In the morning we had breakfast before leaving and again very nice indeed, with the relaxed atmosphere and the view from the roof with the sites and sounds of India an absolute joy. The hotel is quiet, clean, and well priced and the food is really nice. The beds are comfy and the pillows are great. They have a large list of reliable service providers. The hospitality offered by the staff is second to none. Meals on the terrace on the top floor were great and breakfast was different as you would like, or cornflakes and toast. The air-conditioning in the bedroom is quiet and efficient. Each bedroom has an ensuite and every floor has a shared lounge. TV is in the bedroom. Anything you need or want can be provided if requested. I highly recommend this hotel. The Kavya Residency left an impression that will last a lifetime. Thank you, all!

NOT AT ALL !!!!! They don't have power backup..I had my dinner in mobile flash light. When you order something you have to pay on delivery itself at room. I had an outstanding balance of 500 rs. Manager called me at 6 am for that. Moreover sent one boy to collect the money. Finally I did paytm in sleepy mode. They don't have work ethics culture. No handover takeover procedure. Pathetic experience...will not come again.

The worst and the pathetic experience at Kavya Residency. The biggest blunders of this residency are: 1. The furniture & fittings are broken and loosen. 2. No wifi and TV connection. 3. The cooling of the AC is same as without an AC one. 4. Drinking water will not be available until and unless the call is not made thrice. 5. The behavior of the attendee/staff is unbearable + uneducated jerks. 6. The unnecessary higher price of food which ordered from their restaurant. 7. No basic facilities provided, such as towels, bathing kit, no mosquito repellent etc. 8. Unpleasant environment. 9. **Shabby interiors (feels as if entered into a brothel)**

The most worst part of the stay was the stay for long duration.You do not know when the LIFT will be called off despite no power cut; huge garbage dumped at the aisle next to the bathroom window; brought to the notice of the authority after a terrible night; as many as three to four plastic sacs removed next morning totally filled up. You have to ask for change of linen cup of tea it's meaningless as the staffs staff will either reciprocate pretty late or turn up with used linen of other rooms.Tea will be served finally but before several calls to the reception where person will either say sending someone or say again the same monologue. It was an unlawful gesture when you are asked to board a room which you never booked for finally given the room which was booked and the amazing part was it was the biggest room which was camouflaged as being occupied. You will be not surprised in this place when a staff drunk will come and knock and ask for plates though put out.Well time is little late at night.
