This is a fake hotel....oyo didn't share their location or any contact no.the whole day ...only they pressurized for full payment where we have given the advance payment for 3 days ..We searched it till 11 o'clock at night then after so much of difficulty the customer care boy given a contact no. of a guy who said that he will pick us from a prescribed another hotel at 11.30...till then also no location... very pathetic.....oyo just looted Rs8000 from us....I think we could be robbed by them at night if we have listened .....thanks to the cab driver who managed a safe and good hotel...

Very bad experience hotel staff denied my checking he say we can not check in . Oyo booking need to pay extra amount . I was booking from Oyo 1,000 rs .when I check-in he say you have to pay 1500 . And room is very dirty not like showing pic. Donot go in this hotel . Hotel staff is very rude.

It's average to stay if you are bachelors and not for family, the location is fine and rooms are decent

Worst experience3 mins to saki naka metro rail station.Cleanliness - too much dust and garbage under the bed and window.rnNoisy - Too noisy cannot sleep until 0300 AM. (Outside noise)rnDampness - Room is too damp, the wall around the AC unit is always wet and condensed water leaking into the room.rnSmelly - Because of dampness room is smelly, and i have to buy a room freshner to counter the smell.rnLinens - Dirty and torn.rnTV remote, set top box remote and power adapter not provided.rnPeeled wall coatings.rnCot head board is dirty.rnToo costly for this quality.rnShould provide proper photos in the website, not a streched photo.

The worst experience was the room was very dirty and AC not working properly. The overall hotel ambience was such a cheap

They charge me 150.00 extra as they were not ready to follow the Oyo prices, they ask me at 3.30 am. Room were bad, to much smoke smell and toilet also bad.

1.There is no hotel on based on Booking.com map address once reach therern2.Once I called hotel, suddenly they said they want to cancel even if they ask to pay prepaid before check-in.rn3.hotel is not clean and pigeon is inside bathroomrn4.there is no hot water in shower room.rn5.There is no shower head just a pipe.

Great experience one the best Oyo in the entire Mumbai I loved to stay here hotel manager is very nice person and always helpful for the customers and care about the customers
