OYO Janak Residency Near Dabri Mor-janakpuri South Metro Station - Hotel in Delhi - South West, India

I booked this hotel at 652 rs per night when i reached hotel price will automatically shows high amount off 1104. I paid extra amount and i aslo waited at reception almost about an hour for check in. Room size to small but it was clear. Washroom was also clean. But there LED tv was broked i ask reception for room change then he says no rooms available.. and no towel or soap in washroom. Service is very slow. But staff was good

Location of hotel was good. Hygiene and sanitation was not good. Room was not clean. TV was not working. Bed sheets were not cleaned. Food was good but they demanded extra money instead of rates which were written on menu card.

After visiting the hotel I was waiting for almost half an hour and the receptionist guy told me sir all room are book if someone check-out then we will provide you the room before that please wait for half an hour will my booking is confirmed and after Getting the room they changed me extra money for same time by saying this is partial amount shown in Oyo aap. This Oyo is not worthy do not book this hotel ant any cost they will charge you extra money.

first they refused to give room in oyo booking price. they charged 1200. room was very small there's no space to move 2 people freely. bedsheets was very dirty there's spots on them not cleaned. washroom was very unhygienic seat was broken. no tv or wifi working. staff behavior was very bad and rude. badest oyo hotel.

This is the worst hotel i ever seen , first in OYO app they are showing minimal price so that customer will book to stay and later at the time of checking they are demanding for more money. Even their manager and staff doesn't know how to talk to customer.I already file complain in OYO customer care about this hotel staff behaviour and demanding for extra money and OYO even blocklist this hotel in their system due to high complaining by customers about price dispute. I am requesting every one not to book any room in this hotel.

Paid extra instead of the amount booked amount They always show low price but when you confirmed room, they ask for extra price in front of everyone so you don't have any choice to go ahead but seriously it was ridiculous. NEVER Recommend, NEVER!

The hotels hospitality is too bad, rooms are very dirty and very small, staff doesn't co-operate at all its an all fraud. I had to pay the whole amount and still checked out immediately after seeing the room as they were in such a bad condition also I didn't get any refund from the hotel. They are doing fraud with everyone.

Every room Tv is not working, lift is not working, dirty bedsheets, toilets, they also charged double price I paid already full amount but they said that was part payment u need to paid extra amount and coupon is not acceptable. Oyo company didn't gave full amount to us.
