Hotel room was very small and bathroom was more smaller than the room. In midnight they cut the power of airconditioner and bathroom. On asking they said that light phase has gone. We bathed in bathroom with help of mobile flashlight. Tv was not working . Overall experience was not good.
Very good room service and staff are friendly. This hotel is suitable for people who want to catch their flight early in the morning. Thanks for staying with us and reviewing our property. For me, this is the worst hotel ever. I booked this hotel through Oyo for my family. After arriving at this this hotel, the staff behaved very carelessly. They told my family to wait for 1 hour as their room was not ready (when I pre booked and confirmed the booking long long ago). After waiting for more than one hour, they provided my family a very very small and uncomfortable room and told my family to wait there. Then they informed us to stay the night at that room only, when they expect and telling us to pay the amount . I called the hotel staff and Oyo but no use. I think I'll never use Oyo again. It cannot be trusted. From my experience I wanted to give them points in negative numbers but sadly couldn't. So had to give them atleast one star as alms.
Very bad services here . I booked my room 8:30 am on oyo and oyo confirm my booking and collect the payment but he did not give right direction of hotel and hotel no. Continue switch off finally I reached 10 am then reception person say no booking here. Then call Oyo rooms costomer care so he asked wait for 12 pm . But I don't suggest anyone for this hotel to booked Oyo rooms because they talk very rudely when Oyo suggest this room you go there reception and confirm your booking personally
Pathetic experience the whole washroom is leaking, and when asked for upgradation they said all rooms are full whereas 2 rooms got booked after my booking.
