1. I would like to share my experience regarding one day stay in Hotel Jalan Lake View. 2. This hotel is remote located and the entrance of this hotel could not be traced without the help of a local guy. 3. The receptionist initially declined my booking. According to the receptionist, the hotel is not listed in any online website. Even if listed, he says that the hotel will not accept any online booking as the charges have not been revised in the online hotel booking websites. 4. After a while, he confirmed the booking from other guy over telephone and agreed to provided us the rooms after an additional payment of Rs 1500/-. Upon bargaining the receptionist has agreed to reduce the amount from Rs 1500 to Rs 1400/-. 5. I was compelled to pay the amount of Rs 1400/- as I was at the property with family and I will lose the amount spent on hotel booking, which I have already paid through my card. Also, I have to strive again for finding another hotel room. 5. The hotel is a total waste of money. No facilities like hot water, drinking water, complimentary soaps etc were provided. The AC was not good. The bed sheets and mattress were stinking. The bathroom was blocked and unhygienic.
Not even one star, I booked with Agoda but they said we cannot help you have to pay extra and double the charges . .worst hygiene, worst staff, rude and drunk , if you want to save your money please don't go here

Booked for one of my client/guest. Most worst experience since hotel charged more than double price than OYO as intimated at the time of booking. OYO is fake and vake..it's a system when people will be fool enough financially and well as harassed by the Hotel authority after booking. I request all not to go by OYO. It's all rubbish....
This is not a hotel, just a guest House in an apartment. Rooms are not clean enough to charge more than Rs 600. Behaviour of the contact person is ridiculous. One has to order food from outside. and Booking hotels from OYO is terrible. they just cheat and i had to pay extra in Hotel. i ll never visit both the hotel and the OYO website or app. Thanks for the horrible exp and the lesson.
Images are fake. Very pathetic experience. Worst old damage Room AC, geyser on but not functional,.all bypass or gas missing or any technical tricks. Behaviour is very rough. Even all payments are paid before check in and they confirm at time of check-in that full paid but at night 11 pm they demand extra 2000 forcefully. In case of non payment they said to leave hotel at 11:30 pm night. I had to pay 2000. That's Gundami. Don't Book..
Worst conditions for Rooms Toilets Services. AC geyser all bypass or any technical tricks applied, because all was on but not functional. Very rough behaviour. I saw a fight with a Oyo guest & police came one night for demand Extra change. For my case, in time of check-in hotel confirm that full paid but @ 11 o'clock night they demand Rs700 more. Call to OYO & OYO arrange for a shifting @ 11:30 night. Think how much pathetic situation was there. I had to paid Rs700 @12 o'clock Night. Don't Book.
They will ask for extra money after booking. WORST HOTEL EVER!!! VERY UNHYGIENIC , stay at a railway station instead, NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!!!!!!
