OYO Infinity Inn - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

The stay was excellent..The hotel staff and especially the manager Sansuma(hope i got the name correctly!) went beyond his way to ensure everything was in order.The food they serve tastes quite homely with mininal spices. Rooms are spacious and quite clean..Most importantly Bathroom is well maintained. Cons: The parking is cramped for space and if you have a SUV/MUV then your driving skills will be tested! Making tea is something the cooks are not very good at.

Good place to stay in Shillong. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained by the staff. Located conveniently near a good restaurant called Kitchen Xpress. Pictures of the property are accurate. Rooms have wall mounted fans as they're enough for the pleasant Shillong weather. Flexible check-in and check-out facilities available. I would recommend the place to people travelling for 3-5 days for a short trip.

I wouldn't rate the Infinity Inn even one star. The person at the front desk/ the manager was downright a very grumpy looking fellow with quite a mean personality. He gave me a cheaper room. Had I not checked my booking photos, I wouldn't have known. I insisted, fought, made multiple calls to the Oyo Customer Care and was waiting outside for the room key which I deserved and he did not have the manner to even apologize for making me wait outside with my bags while he flirted with his beau right at the counter. Very inconvenient and uneasy for a customer like me. Secondly, I asked for warm water to drink, which was brought to me after an hour and after ringing the line three times. Please change the the person at the front desk. He does not know how to deal with his customers. Bad experience because of him and nothing else. Imagine someone disliking a hotel all because of the person at the front desk.

Disappointed. Room and Cupboard were dusty, plenty of small flies in bathroom. Food served for dinner waa pathetic. We asked for tawa roti, we were given cold and hard Rotis. We asked for panneer kadai, we wer given some tasteless gravy. Instead of roti and gravy, we asked for roasted bread with jam. What we were given was cold bread... We ordered for food at 8. We got something to eat after 9.3p with repeated reminders. Overall, a mismanaged kitchen department.

The hotel was great, it's clean, the rooms are spacious with great lighting n a great view if you rise the curtains. The staff of the hotel are professional, polite. The food was great. Overall you can have a five star experience there.

Set in the midst of the busy Dhankheti area, the Hotel is well linked to the various locations of Shillong all accessible through walks. Also, a very courteous staff is managing their guests well. The rear view of the rooms towards the Hill is scenic.

Good hotel with parking available, laitmukhra and police bazar are very near, just 10rs cab ride from here. Food was okay only had breakfast,rooms are big in size,i opted for double bed. Bathroom is very big in size. Tip : go for room no 7,its huge.

Convenient location,neat and clean and spacious rooms , police and professional staff, complimentary breakfast was very nice,very delicious food but little scope of improvement if food bowls are covered with foil or hot cases are used. I would highly recommend this hotel for pleasant and comfortable stay in affordable prices
