OYO I Suites - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

This is a very disappointing venue. We were promised a price of Rs775 with breakfast but had to pay Rs1200 without breakfast. . The room was terrible with black spots on the walls, smelly bedsheets and intermittent electricity. As there was nothing in the vicinity we stayed for one night. . There is no kitchen, restaurant or eatery in the premises and we need to order from a hotel outside the premises. . There is water problem and there was no water in the room in the morning for 2 hours. . Terrible experience.

This can be a better and awesome place if taken good care. Value for money and locationLocation and the spacious room.Cleanliness was not there as if you see the wall have seepage patches and toiletries are rusted. Below the bed full of cigrette buds and all garbage like it was pushed while sweeping purposely every time.

Strictly Don't recommend !!!!!! We faced issue , even though we booked hotel for 2 nights through OYO and later on arrival they said they dont have connection with OYO you have to pay new payment amount or shift to other hotel. Room floor was dirty it was not cleaned same as bathroom , bed sheet had stains room was stinking. did not even provided the door mat. not only us , there was other customer who had faced issue , they asked to book fresh even though they had booking confirmation from OYO.

Rooms aren't as good as it looks in image. Old property, which isn't maintained well, kitchen is missing in the hotel. And location isn't the best you will get. It's in the middle of nowhere with a dumping yard in front of the hotel.

Subtle coloured walls in the rooms gives refreshing vibes. Hotel is decently priced. Rooms are well equipped with all necessities. The location is good and accessible by public transport. I had a great experience here.

Good for few hours for a unmarried couple but not recommended for a familyLocation is good but not maintained they asked me to pay service charge as it was not included so paid. Also room was not cleaned room 305 suite - bathtub and commode (toilet) was not functional so they said to shift in a normal room. But thought just a matter of few hours so ignored nd stayed as it is.Room maintenance and cleanliness

I was really surprised when i got to the place. It's pleasant and the rooms are spacious and clean. There was no reason for the poor rating. But here are my issues. 1. I booked the room for two days, but the bell boy came up to my room telling me it was check out time just after one day. Just a minor inconvenience as i was in the bathroom when he came along. 2. Here's the huge problem. There's no security in the parking place. I woke up to find my friends vehicle, that i had borrowed, very damaged. The visor was broken, in what i can only assume to be, a thieving attempt. I went up to the front desk to complain about it. Seems the cameras can only be accessed by a person that wasn't there yet and i couldn't be there later since I spent the entire day trying to fix the vehicle. Final words, if you have a vehicle, don't stay here. I know it's not the hotels fault because they can't control the people in the area, but locality is an important part of a hotel.

Pathetic condition. Will not recommend it to anyone..We did not have breakfast there. So, can not comment about it. Location is good, but Ground floor does not have privacy.Small room. Bed not proper. Bedsheets torn. Towels were dirty. Could not use it. A.C. functioning was poor. No soap / shampoo provided initially. When asked, they provided. Soap quality was bad. Could not open curtains, as there is no privacy, as it is on ground floor.
