This is my personal experience which I had. I wanted an early checkin and and they gave me that. I also got complimentary breakfast. The rooms were very spacious. Exactly which is shown on the app or online. The staffs were also quite helpful. Good service given by them. The location of the property is also quite good. Just 5 minutes far from nicco park. A small refund amount was also initiated which i received today so all in all happy. Will visit again
If you want to get robbed in daylight go to this hotel. They ask for extra money if you refused then they will say your face is not matching with your I'd. So we can't provide you room. If you make prepaid booking they will not return your money.
All the hotel rents are phake. There is a got up between hotel owner and the persons through on line booking. So be causas before booking oyo hotels. I like to say the higher authority if they disagreed with my comment they can ask me.

I have booked that propery for 7th July and 8 guest 3 room which has been shown in oyo and price was Rs. 3099.. I have paid for the same. 7th of July I got a call from them and they have informed me that your booking was done for 3 guest 3 room. They have informed me they will modify the booking and the amount will be refunded. I agreed I have paid 6387 at property. Also the room which they have provided to me in website it was mentioned classic and they have provide me as deluxe room. Next day our 2 person has checkedout late for late check out I have paid 2363. Also they have gave me the free check out which is mentioned in oyo that 11-1pm was free check out. We agreed. Then they have informed me refund will be credited within 7-14 working days which into my source account. After 14 working days I havent get my refund of rs 4063. Someone call me today and inform me my you will get full refund of rs 4063 within 72 hours. but havent share me any proof. Then oyo team call them and in call they have changed their word that no refund will be given they will refund me only 1963 something. And oyo team will refund rs. 960. They are doing scam when ever i call them they are denying just. Please lok into it and help to get the refund from them and pls black listed teh property. All these proof. please see in oyo this room is mentioned as classic but they have provide me this room as delux. So scamming they are doing. They are taking money from us.This property should be blacklisted. room was so dirty.

Worst place.... "NOT FOR FAMILY STAY" Room was full off condom packets under the bed, even after informing receptionist guy he took it very lightly. Bedsheets was full of blood stain marks. By mistake it booked this hotel in Oyo app seeing the room images online. In reality there is night and day difference!!
