Very basic hotel avoid if you are traveling with family, Room given to me is full of bugs around light although its an AC room lot of space between windows for bugs and mosquitoes to enter. Mattress are too hard. For the price paid I'm not at all happy.
The bedsheet was dirty, and the band used to keep the blanket intact at the end of the bed had stains. The cushioning on the chairs was also not tidy. Ac was not working.There was no handwash in the bathroom and in the name of toiletries we got only a very small soap. The bathroom was okayish but needs to be cleaner because I had stayed in cheaper hotels but with better facilities.Hassle free check in. And the staff was nice.
Nice place. But the condition of room are not good. My room landline is not working.i did early check-in around 8 am. So they told me to check out early also upto 9 am. This is so unjustified. So I left that room after 1 night stay and placed to another hotel.
this hotel located in proper Charbagh area in lucknow.hotel is well maintained & clean.room service is good.but still there is no lift in this hotel.so,third floor staircase is too much hectic. I enjoyed this hotel with my family very well.they r also enjoyed it.
Nice hotel to stay, cozy rooms, clean and comfortable. 1 star reduced only for gyser not working but hotel staff and owner are very polite. They provided hot water whenever required and never disturbed with anything during the whole stay.
