OYO HOTEL WHITE INN - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

I stayed two nights with my family in this hotel. I found the rooms are adequately spacious and neatly maintained. Staffs in the hotel are very cordial and helpful. Reception desk service is always available. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable. In addition, in one evening they organized complementary "Bhelpuri Night" for all their guests where we could take the taste of mouth watering Indian street foods. In short - loved it.

Though the service is OK here, property is poorly maintained and lacks basic facilities. Plumbing is rusting in washrooms, walls have severe seepage, rooms smelly and washrooms unclean. You've to call service staff many times in the morning to turn hot water switch on from their location, probably they have a centralized heating system. But I have to admit that staff is responsive and eager to help you. Also, the hotel is very near to Taj (almost walking distance to parking lot). Wifi works very well. Restaurant is outsourced that serves average quality food. You better visit nearby restaurants such as Good vibes restaurant or Bob Marley restaurant. Staff is too much concerned about good online feedback rather than actually solving guests' problems.

Rooms r good. They was having problems with water... It was really smelling bad and dark in color... The place is good near to taj mahal.. U can enjoy by going by walk or u can take cycles or take owto... Only by 20 rupees... U can also visit agra fort also near by... Location is good... Service food not that much nice at hotel... I hope u stay safe and enjoy by ur visit to agra... Have a great time..

Worst service, Low quality rooms and bath rooms, No kitchen, Many times no one in reception. Room Phones, Shower, TV, Fan, AC, wont work. A cup of tea will also be not served in less than 3 hours. I stayed there for one night and two days in December 2018 and my entire visit plan got spoiled because of them. In the price they charge, you can still get a good hotel in Agra. Not just poor service and amenities, but they will also ensure your mood and plan is spoiled to the max. Some of the reviews are good, as it was written, when this hotel was managed by previous management. The current situation is pathetic and will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience, full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. I changed three times because of this. Breakfast given by room service was really puke. Never expected from OYO such a bad suggestion. They not even cleaned room properly. The beer bottles and condoms of previously used people still there in cupboard

Was here for one night. Really good location. Well behaved staff. Nice and clean rooms with open terrace where you can walk in the morning and evening. I ordered veg thali which was awesome in taste. Very near to Taj Mahal. I walked to Taj from here. Though rickshaws are available. Really liked the stay.

Missed a lot of basic amenities like geezer, exhaust in bathroom, the taps were not working properly and proper plug points were midsing too. Tho service was good. And it was peacefull and close to taj mahal
