Worst experience. I booked room for a friend through Make my trip. They asked extra money saying the tariff shown in makemytrip is lesser than their tariff (i opted for some offers). Luckily I was able to cancel the booking before checkin time. There are several good places near Dilaram chowk. Never opt this one

The worst experience i ever had in the pool of booking a hotel. I was traveling with my family and after a long trip of 6hrs we reached the place and refused to have a room because the rooms were full. However, we had confirmation over the mail that the rooms are available. Also, when i called the premises and asked the same they confirmed as well. The worst experience was that i was waiting for 5 hrs in the hotel lobby without a room and with my family members. Thanks to agoda they transferred me to a much better room which is in hotel vishnu inn which is far more sophisticated and better in terms of smooth checkin and nice clean rooms for family. Never book this place ever.....

Worst place ever! The place does not do justice to the pictures posted online. When we informed the reception, at first they said that all the other rooms are booked. Then said there was a room available towards the back. We agreed to it. This room was a little better (though it was still the worst I have stayed in). The room was stinking. There were no toiletries or towels supplied. I requested them to provide additional spreadsheet, as I do not use the comforter, they said they didn't have any to spare. The worst part was yet to come. I had booked the room along with breakfast, however they said that breakfast was not included. They put the whole blame on Make My Trip as I had booked it through them. I wanted to write a similar review about MMT, but they called and said that they would refund the whole amount as we didn't have a good experience.

Worst kind of service. Told them like 5-10 times about the issue with warm water not available, but they didn't do anything to resolve it. Instead of resolving they started giving vague explanations which did not made any sense and just kept on arguing. They don't even provide you with blankets in winter, there is only one very thin blanket that doesn't even seem like a blanket, which is present there throughout the year be it summers or winters. Don't go for it. Prices are too high for the rooms they provide you. Extremely poor.

I would like request the management the change the mattresses. Its got completely damaged. One can feel the springs on the mattresses while sleeping. And try to provide water bottles atleast. There's no room service at all.

Booked this hotel as the prices were exceptionally low, the reviews were decent and it is on Rajpur Road. The hotel reception was dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for days. The lift was not working and when I checked, it had not been working for months! We were given rooms 208 and 210 on the 2nd floor and even after protesting, and seemingly we were the only guests, they refused to allot rooms on 1st floor or ground floor. The room 208 originally allotted had terrible stale smoke odour and unclean restroom. One could listen to the racket of the exhaust fan from the corridor. The staircase had dirty mattresses leaning against walls. There were small patches of mess in front of rooms on our floor - it was 3 pm but apparently cleaning had not even started! We convinced the staff to give us the rooms with windows so that we could get in some fresh air. Thankfully they agreed and gave us 205 and 207. There was further drama- key to 205 was lost! Even after requesting a thorough cleaning of 205 - there were peanuts in the cabinet drawer, cigarette butts in the bin and curtains were not fixed. The room had termite infestation as can be seen in the pic. The restroom was clean but slightly smelly. We had to request for clean towels and toileteries. It was a terrible experience. Why is this hotel functional is a mystery. I wonder if anyone reading this review would want to stay there. Even at low prices, it is avoidable.

-No electric cattle in the room. -No Tea kit provided in the Room. -Defective/Un operational Television installed in the room, one can not -enjoy any TV news/show in the room. -No proper light in the room as well as in the bathroom. -Hot water problem. -Uncomfortable mattress on the bed. -Very dirty towel provided in the bathroom. - Zero room services. waiting for a cup of tea for half an hour. NOT RECOMMEDED FOR STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ONLY ROOM IS THERE ONLY.

Best for location but you can get better options as many hotels are there. The rooms were not as needed, the bed was broken and light was not working. The washroom weren't as clean.
