Very bad behaviour of staff.Manager speaks so rudely to the guests.Rooms smells like hell.

Good ambience nice view from window comfortable rooms but breakfast n tea come in room it come in cups which is v bad as tea became cold should be using thermos for tea changes should be done for room service

The place and location is good. Views are good. there is Peace. Phase 10 market at walkable distance. Rooms are comfy. Although 1 small hitch, The manager is a bit cunning. Wants you to pay at hotel. Oyo gives a discounted price if you pay online but this manager cheats you by saying we cannot accept online payment to charge Slightly higher. So Lying is something i hate. Better pay before checkin so he cant annoy you or manipulate you. Rooms are good. Staff is Nice and helpful.

It is not worth I would say. Very ordinary service, average care at reception. They don't greet you if you booked it online . I can tell you what happened. He simply denied if he has received a booking request. I showed him the successful payment page , but unable to move him. He kept us on the reception without even a glass of water till the time his server/oyo server got up. We waited for at least 30 mins outside the hotel besides making the payment in full (in advance).

The hotel offers nice rooms. I take points for not providing the wifi password in the room and certain facilities were missing which were present in other rooms. Also i had paid online and the staff charged me extra without checking and when an objection was raised, there was certain lack of cooperation.

Room was average, matresses and bedsheets were dirty having spots on it. Restaurant food is just junk and should be considered last option left Only good thing is service and room service

I booked this hotel from oyo application and paid the rent online. This is for 30 December 2019. I reached the hotel after travelling for about 300 Kms. as this was meant to be a stop while I was to travel further to Delhi. I reached at 10:30 p.m.and the hotel staff irrespective of my booking denied me entry by stating that " We don't work with oyo anymore." After arguing in vain for about 15 minutes , I finally called oyo customer service an they apologized for this kind of behavior and experience and told me that they'll look into the matter. I always was wary of such comments previously but this time it happened with me and I have realized that such hotels should be boycotted for life. Hotels like these don't care for anyone's safety. What would have they done if instead of me, there would have been a girl? The problem with such companies or such hotels is that they think that by refunding the amount everything can be solved. What they don't know is that a customer who has faced such an issue will never really book another room in their hotel or either through the same app.

The property is not that good but ok for a stay if you are all males(not recommended for family until its an oyo) ,because oyo charges very high even for those properties which are not upto that standard. The staff is very nice and helping.The hotel has a lift too,but it is always switched off so you have to climb the stairs to reach your room whether it is at first,second or third floor.
