Opted for this during a transit as this place is close to shanti nagar bus station. The staff were rude to begin with. I had already informed that I will leave late night and had taken this place as I had luggage and wanted to go around Bangalore. They asked me to overpay over the booking amount when denied made me wait for over an hour saying rooms are not ready.

I had booked the room from Oyo app for 5 nights, the hotel owner asked me to pay extra Rs. 200 per night as the rooms were listed on discounted amount in OYO. Since I was alone i declined I told I will be booking another hotel then he allowed me to Check IN. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE RISK OF BOOKING THE ROOM ONLINE, These people will blackmail you to pay extra once you reach. The owner didn't provide me with AC remote, there is no gyser and hot water is provided using SOLAR heater, so if there is no sun you wont get hot water. Very bad experience, do not risk and spoil your trip by booking this hotel.

Never. Ever choose this hotel. Worst experience. Zero hygiene, very rude attitude and behaviour of the Manager. No facilities in room, no TV, no A/c, even thibed sheets were used one. Moreover, though I have booked one week in advance, I had to make additional payment on arrival. I reached there in night and I had no option except to pay. Oyo and hotel staff are playing Tom and Jerry. Very very bad experience.

Had the worst experience over here. Please don't even consider this hotel for staying. If u r looking for budget friendly hotels there are much better options in Bangalore. We booked this hotel through Oyo and the pictures and amenities were nothing like they prescribed on their site. There was no Ac no fan no tv not at all hygienic. Total waste. Still charged 1000rs. Not at all clean and i don't think this hotel is a safe option.

Hotel manager took extra charge as compared to the rate given by the OYO executive. OYO executive alloted the room to me in Rs. 795, but the hotel manager charged Rs. 1000. He clearly denied to provide the room at the rate given by OYO executive which was even shown on the OYO app. He said that OYO people do not know the exact rates of the rooms. So, this was a very weird behavior and it shows OYO's negligence. In the future I won't trust OYO.

Worst hotel experience in my life the room were terrible! the blanket wasn't clean, there were insects and bugs in the hotel room the bathroom was beyond usable. The staff was disrespectful. I will never use oyo rooms ever again in my life because of this experience

Not sure whom to blame the hotel management or Oyo. We had booked the hotel online connecting with oyo customer care, the price showed in oyo app was 800 per room, but the connected rep told if you book right now you will get it at only 700 and also 1 hour early access to the room will be given, so we booked it. After reaching the hotel the staff there told there is no room for 700 here and the room starts at 1000 and also we don't provide early access. So we had to stay 1 hour outside and also they made us pay 300 more. So everything the oyo rep told us was lie. Also even after paying 1000 the toilet was not clean.

One of the worst Oyo rooms ever stayed in my life. They collect extra amount than the applicable amount. If not they won't provide room. Please disband from your network such hotels. Cleanliness was utter nonsense. Linens weren't changed,foul smelling
