OYO Hotel The Days Inn - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

Very bad. A college booked accomodation for us in this hotel but this hotel was just a disaster

So the only reason that I gave this place a 2 star is because it has a good layout internally. It looks nice until you start to notice everything. 1) there are stains all over the coffee table 2) the bathroom door is broken and doesn't close in because it is unable to have wood to wood contact 3) the handle on the bathroom door is broken 4) there is mold everywhere...and I mean EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! It's filled in the bathroom and even in the main area where the beds are. I brought it up to the manager and she said that they are working to fix it, but let's be honest they aren't because that's a hazard that needs to be fixed like ASAP! 5) the lights and fans don't work all the time (they have their own time when they want to work and not work) 6) there are rats! Beware! 7) the geyser doesn't work. It worked for barely a few minutes and then that's it back to cold water 8) in the rooms there should be wifi since free wifi is an amenity, instead you have to go to the actual reception area to access and use the wifi 9) their food is good 10) the staff has to dust more, clean better, and watch for things like stains on tables and sheets and curtains. I saw them clean they didn't do a good job and had to ask them again to do things again. 11) basically I was trying to get a new room after seeing the train wreck (mainly with the mold situation) and the manager told me to wait she'll check on it but she never did. I think the phone call she was having was more important than the customers in which she had to deal with 12) there's no reason that housekeeping shouldn't be coming daily to check the rooms and clean the rooms and make the beds. We had to ask them to do it. In addition, they did not clean the bathrooms, they merely replaced soap and that was it. The stay here is all that we have at the moment but to be honest I really don't plan on attending this hotel again

Everything here is good. Just the sanitation is not up to the mark. The interior is very beautiful and rooms are cozy. The service of the hotel staff is quick and customer friendly. The dustbins don't have dumping bags. Rest is all good. I have tried breakfast in the hotel for once and it was good.

Ugh,the worst hotel I hv ever experienced in my life...unhygienic n too much coakroaches inside hotel room..water scarcity. and very dirty room...Had a bad experience..Door was not good,Ac was not working and lots of coakroaches.

The hotel is around 3km from railway station. I was there as a part of wedding guests. The hotel staff was a bit oblivious to what rooms were booked and provided. Apart from that, not much trouble and all was good. Tea is amazing per hotel standards. Overall a good experience.

There are chances of bike theft and their price keeps increasing everyday now me and all my friends go to Hotel Golden Tulip . Last time bekar sa room de diya tha jisme lock bhi nhi tha

Not at all a family hotel. Atmosphere not good to stay. WHen I went there with my family, people were openly drinking and roaming everywhere in the hotel. Rooms were pathetic and unhygenic. We literally had to rush out of the hotel as it was not at all safe for the family.

Good place. Nice rooms. Good service. Value for money. Staff and manager cooperative
