OYO Hotel Temple View - Hotel in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Amritsar, India

AC was not working and the Fan was rotating with maximum speed of 1. Suffered a lot whole night we couldn't sleep. It was 3 occupants and as per amenities it was King size bed but we were provided normal and Standard room instead of Deluxe.staff was worse the manager didn't know how to manage when we approached for solutions and she and her staff was very rude stating that until we get call from OYO we will not help, If you want you can check out.Never Ever in life book this property for yourself and Your Family.It was hell staying for a Night.very poor property should take action for such unprofessional Behaviors

Extremely sad and bad experience.Right from the gate you are bound to get upset. Rooms are comparatively better. A classic room although pricewise higher,it doesn't compensate for what you pay and you find no space to even turn around inside the room. Make my trip and OYO should delist the hotel. The hotel even does not supply the basic drinking water in the rooms.

My last trip was not so good As owners are not as good as earlier They denied my online booking And when I asked ok I will pay cash of my already booked they accept and after that they give room.. Totally disliked this type of behaviour Recommended: do not book online this hotel

The hotel is situated in the interior every no cab or auto drops there. Very small rooms with stinky and low lighting. Blanket was smelling. No toiletteries were provided. Towels provided were also not upto the mark. Overall it was bad experience with oyo. Not expected this from oyo.

Hotel was very good. Service was very good. Receptionist tone was not good. They allowed me to keep by bags after check out , because my train was late. No view of golden temple(may be from my room). Bed was good . Room Keys are very heavy difficult to keep in pocket . Guys are very helpful any time any thing just call them and they are ready to help.

We had to wake up hotel staff for hot water and literally have to wait around 2 hours for hot water, which eventually was next to cold.Very old and dusty furniture and rooms. Do believe oyo photos. All staged up. The bathrooms were not clean. The only positive is location but beware no parking available. You might have to park out of the congested city around Amritsar. Not value for money. TV do not work also. Find something else if you can

AC not working in such hot weather. Intimated to hotel staff many times, but they did not help and we have to sleep all night without AC after paying for it. They have installed central AC in rooms and you cannot control it yourself.

I booked hotel through make my trip. When I reached their they said that the breakfast is not included in my booking.though it was included, they denied giving breakfast. I showed him my booking details but they did not bother.they asked me to contact make my trip. The even did not provide Tolieteries Induction Clean towel Wifi Intercom Mineral Water, Kitchenette, I stayed in the hotel from 3rd Jan 2023 to 5th jan 2023 I will suggest all not to go in this Oyo rooms in life. I want my money back
