I came to Agra to visit Taj Mahal. The hotel has a good location and you can reach Taj Mahal very easy by Riksha. The room is clean; towels, TV and AC available, the staff is friendly. WiFi is available at the entrance of the restaurant only. There was no hot water and the toilett was defect. You cant adjust the temperature of the AC. The bathroom is clean, but very small. Because of heavy traffic infront of the hotel it's not quite. The restaurant in the hotel has high quality food, but it's very expensive. Rooms don't have WiFi. All in all i can recommend the hotel, when they make some slight adjustments. For the price it's okay, try it out for yourself.
Never book this hotel through OYO. I have booked it and done the online payment but on checkin they asked for cash payment and told they are not going to accept any online payment done through OYO. I consulted OYO customer service and they assured that I will get my refund but till now I haven't received
Heritage staff told to my wife please give five rating so my given the five to taj heritage hotel but this hotal only like for 3 rating according to their service.. Food is very costly like 5 star hotel and room cleanness
Facilities are not good.. rooms are not spacious.. washroom is very small and not clean. Lights in room is very dim, you even cannot apply your makeup in front of the mirror properly. .. stay was just Ok type

The stay was comfortable, staff was supportive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was also good and tasty. Must visit .
Rooms should be more clean...washroom is ok..also management should care that rooms are cleaned once guest goes out for the day...
